How do I find my correct Freya bra size?

We recommend a bra fitting every 6 months as our bodies change all the time. Check out our bra fitting video and size guide for extra help. Freya lingerie and swimwear uses UK band and cup sizing, please refer to our international size chart.

How do I choose the right bra style for my shape?

Once you’ve found your correct bra size, it’s important to determine what the best bra style is for your shape. Follow our bra shapes explained guide to find a style that suits your shape. More information can be also found under our Fit Guide page.

How do I find my alternative bra size?

If you’re stuck for sizes and not sure what your alternative sizing is, the rule to go by is to go down a back size and go up a cup size. For example if you’re usually a 34E, your alternative size would be a 32F.

Where can I get more advice on what size I am?
