I’m really happy with this chair. It’s extremely sturdy and feels very high quality ,you can tell it’s built for heavy-duty use. The seat is wide and spacious, which makes it very comfortable even when sitting for long hours. I especially love that I can sit cross-legged or adjust my position easily without feeling cramped.The back support and lumbar cushion are great for my posture, and the reclining feature with the footrest makes it easy to relax during breaks. The padding is thick but still supportive, so it doesn’t feel too soft or too firm. Assembly was also straightforward and didn’t take long.Overall, this chair feels more like a premium executive chair than a basic office chair. If you work from home or spend many hours at your desk and want something comfortable, supportive, and solid, I definitely recommend this.

WOW 🤯 I put off buying this thing for around a 3 months. I just shoulda bought the dang thing. My old crampy unadjustable leather office chair was functional but not the best for a larger fellow. If you're over 6 ft tall you know my pain.Cons: retractable footrest is a hollow tube of aluminum steel composite i believe and it flexes with partial foot weight from me. Probably will break under fair weight pressure.So it really isnt a full time foot rest per se- more like a stabilizer partly retracted, for when my foot sticks out a little.Pros:1. S P A C E. You will feel unleashed. It's awesome for bigger people.2. Comfort. Geez it feels awesome.3. Smooth caster wheels. These are relatively solid and quiet compared to my oldie.4. Feel. The sim-leather actually feel nice. Oddly unexpected.

Chair was somewhat easily to assemble with numbers corresponding to the screws and tool. It is comfortable and the color is satisfactory. One complaint---the sit is only 21 inches from the back. Even though the sides of the chair suppose to accommodate someone sitting "Indian Style," it does not. The sit should have been longer than twenty-one inches to accommodate someone who would like to cross h/is/er legs. The foot rest does its job for resting the feet. All-in-all, it is OK. I was looking forward to changing my position while working on the computer....

I love the size of the chair and adjustable arms but the seat is not padded much. It reduces my overall happiness with the chair and other lovely components.

I wanted a chair on which I could sit cross legged, and this one fits the bill! I also wanted a head rest: check! I was worried that "big and tall" would mean I would disappear in it, but on the lowest setting the headrest is fine - I'm 5'5" and 120 lbs. There is a lot of room, which is nice. Some cons: the plastic material is kind of unpleasant, fabric would be better, and the footrest is not really useful: it is flimsy, too short even for me, and too low down, so I'll never use that. I put it together by myself, there was a bit of guessing around with the instructions that could have come from IKEA, but all in all: I'm quite happy.

Enjoy the features, but the seat cushion is a bit too hard for daily full time use. Had to get a separate seat cushion to stack.
