This is my first Anona product, and probably won't be my last. First thing I noticed was the premium feel, just from the weight of the packaged unit and the unboxing experience. The camera body itself has some substantial weight, definitely want to ensure you mount this securely. While I do have an existing smart home with several other ecosystems already, I'm glad that this camera has no hub, though I do have to use yet another app. Just a but of a nuisance of me, but I know i is a dealbreaker for some. Installation was very easy, the app found the camera and paired right away, The mounting hardware this is included is mostly plastic, but should be fine. The solar panel is getting about 6 hours of direct sunlight each day and I have not had any issues with powering the camera or charging the battery. Other reviews have stated an issue with the app, but I think it's straightforward and clean, like a lot of other smart home apps. As for the quality of the camera, to me that's where it shines. Very impressive, especially considering the price. I find the video definition very high, the image is clear and sharp. Overall, I am impressed with the camera, but with the price and value considered, I think this camera is well worth it.

Bought 1 camera to test it out because I was concerned with battery life and wifi pickup. Started with it in my basement for 3 days and battery only went down 15%. After I installed it outside it remains 100%, draining only 1-2% over the evening. This is in cloudy Michigan winter. I installed at the furthest corner of my house from my wifi connection and it is working fine. 3-5 lag to load a stored video, which is better than I thought considering everything is stored local on the camera. Picture quality is good. I was able to zoom in on a person's face and it was very clear. AOV feature is very handy. So far no issues with on board storage, I was at 2gb after 5 days, and that is with all settings at max. Some have complained about missing events, "other motions" is not set by default so I recommend going into settings and turning it on. Problem was with my camera angle it was not recognizing one of our cars as "vehicle" but turning that on fixed it. Of course windy day today and it is picking up leaves. I selected it specifically because each unit is stand alone... no wires, no base unit, all features on without a subscription. I will be going back and order 4 more cameras soon.

These cameras DO NOT WORK PROPERLY. They're equivalent to a doorbell camera that catches only parts of footage. I've set all of the recording times and the cameras still catch only seconds of activities. The car left the driveway but it never showed anyone getting in the car, backing up, only when the car had driven away. This is how it records all of the time. Again, I went into the settings on each camera to make sure they were all set properly and they still don't work, misses everything and the two-way talk sounds horrible. The siren on each camera volume is LOW and aounds like a child's police car siren when the battery is almost dead, a real joke to anyone loitering or trying to commit a crime, no one, not even the criminal, would hear that. I am soooo VERY DISAPPOINTED because the cost of them and the effort it took to put them up and I still can't get much use out of them is mind blowing. I really thought these cameras recorded 24/7 as mentioned and they're simply motion activated cameras, REALLY DISAPPOINTED. I just want a refund on these and I'll order some real 24/7 cameras from a home monitoring company versus any like these with wires everywhere. If I could've given zero stars I would have on these. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE CAMERAS AT ALL, save your money and your time, I wish someone had warned me like I'm warning you! UPDATE: Things got worse since my last review, please do not buy these, just get some cheaper cameras, these are not worth the price or the effort for installation. So much activity is missed on these cameras which defeats the entire purpose for having them.

I’ve been really impressed with this Anona Aurora 4K solar security camera. Setup was super easy, took about 10 minutes, and the solar panel keeps it charged perfectly even in LA weather. The 4K video is sharp both day and night, with great color night vision, and the AI detection actually works well without constant false alerts. No monthly fees, built-in storage, and reliable 24/7 recording make it feel like a premium camera without the hassle. Highly recommend if you want a solid wireless outdoor camera that just works!

Normally I don't even waste my time writing reviews but I had to put it out there. The reason this camera is getting 3 stars out of 5 it's because of a few reasons and this is just what I've noticed after owning for 3 months. The app suck in my opinion is glitches and has connectivity issues regardless of wifi speed, it also has a lot of bugs especially if I put it to record for 60 seconds after motion it will only record up to 18 seconds even though I have 60 selected. Once the app gets sorted out it's definitely a contender to be a 4 star security camera! I also feel like the 4k quality is a hoax lol because something's like a license plate on a car parked should be able to be seen on the camera that's "4k" especially when the car is parked 20 feet away. But other than that the biggest hurt is the app mostly. The battery and solar charging is out standing as well as setting up the camera definitely best camera for the price but that damn app needs to be fixed.

Finally a camera that works. The range of the motion detection could be longer, but it detects people, pets, and vehicles, with no subscription. The signal strength is good. Only issue I had was I couldn’t set up the account for the app with my iPhone X, I had to use my iPad then it was no problem. Other than that, it works great, has a great picture day and night.

What else to like about a camera, local storage or cloud options available. Cloud storage works pretty fast when pulling video. My camera + solar panel stay online and charged thanks to 2.4 Ghz long range wifi. The motion detection is pretty accurate when enabled, Person/Pet/Package/Vehicle. Motion detection can be adjusted. The video quality is superb for such a small system. I always get notifications on my phone of any motion and can mute them if I'm working around the cameras outside. The build quality is solid on the camera and solar panel. The infrared night vision camera works very well too. There is a light that can be turned on via the app. The 2 way comms work well when needed.

Decently priced for what you get. App is super easy to use and walks you through the setup. Installation is easy. Just decide where you want it and screw the bases on and then add the camera and panel. Easy to adjust and get set up to detect people/vehicles or whatever you need. Has to be in range of wifi. App will alert you every time a person or vehicle comes into range unless you adjust to quiet hours or whatever it calls it. Can be annoying, but I use it to keep tabs on the kids leaving for school and when they get home. Also gives me a rough idea on what they are up to. Video/picture is decent. I feel like between all the cameras, you could get an ID on someone pretty easily. I have these in horrible spots in regards to the solar panels, my garage faces the wrong way and I don't want to put them on the roof... These things are always at 100%, so don't worry if they aren't in full sun all day-it will probably be fine. Would buy again, so long as they last. I'll update if I run into any problems with them failing. Picture is just a random one showing the quality at a variety of ranges.

J’utilise cette caméra Anora depuis quelque temps pour surveiller ma cour de la maison secondaire au banlieu, et j’en suis vraiment contente. La qualité d’image 4K est excellente, aussi bien le jour que la nuit, on voit clairement les détails. L’installation est simple et rapide, pas besoin de câbles compliqués. Le panneau solaire fonctionne très bien, même avec un temps un peu nuageux, la batterie reste chargée, donc aucun souci d’autonomie. La caméra dispose aussi de la fonction 2-way talk, très pratique pour parler directement depuis le téléphone, que ce soit pour prévenir quelqu’un ou simplement dire bonjour à distance. J’aime aussi la rotation à 360°, on peut tout voir sans angle mort, et les alertes de détection de mouvement arrivent immédiatement sur l’application. Le produit semble solide et bien conçu, résiste bien à la pluie et au vent. En plus, il y a la possibilité de mettre une carte SD pour enregistrer les vidéos sans abonnement payant, ce qui est un vrai plus. Franchement, très bon rapport qualité prix, image claire, son net, et utilisation très intuitive. Je recommande sans hésiter !

I slipped this neat 4K indoor camera into our semi last weekend, and it settled in without the slightest palaver. Beneath its dinky casing sits a 3,840 × 2,160 sensor, a 130-degree lens and night-vision LEDs that keep everything pin-sharp right across the room. It captures 30 frames a second, saves clips either to a micro-SD card or the cloud, and talked to the phone app in roughly the time it takes to butter a slice of toast. Fitting it was laughably quick. The magnetic base and swivel bracket clicked together, I scanned the QR code, and that was job done. The picture is so clear that when my four-year-old embarks on a post-lights-out biscuit raid, I have the evidence in almost cinematic detail. Motion alerts pop up on my mobile a couple of seconds after anything moves, and the pet filter saves me from a stream of false alarms whenever the curtains billow. Two-way audio is sharp enough for me to tell the Labrador to get off the sofa while I am still sitting in the dentist’s waiting room.

Los usos prácticos son múltiples, tales como poder saber si hay presencia ajena en una zona concreta de la casa, poder saber quien merodea, o incluso, poder tener vigiladas tus mascotas durante tus breves ausencias. Según la parametrices, cualquier actividad que note, será fotografiada o grabada. Además, también quedará registrado el día y hora, y se nos notificará un aviso a nuestro Smartphone al momento. La ventaja de una cámara de este tipo, es que al funcionar bajo Wifi, no tenemos que depender de una tarjeta SIM que conlleve costes adicionales. La cámara graba las fotos y videos en una tarjeta microSD incluida de 32GB, pero también nos permite poder subirlas a la nube, de modo que nadie podrá eliminar la grabación aunque la cámara fuese robada o destruida debido a vandalismo o por deseo expreso de eliminar pruebas incriminatorias. Con un ángulo de 110º de amplitud visual y una resolución de 4K a color, los resultados obtenidos son de buena calidad y nos permite ver con toda claridad lo que se graba. Además, de luces led para iluminar cuando hay poca luz, también nos permite poder grabara plena noche gracias a sus luces infrarrojas, que tienen un alcance de unos 10-15 metros. En este caso, lo que se grabe será en blanco y negro, pero con muy buena definición igualmente. La energía, la obtiene de su generoso panel solar, el cual deberemos ubicar en una zona elevada en que quede bien expuesto al Sol para así disponer de energía continuamente. De todos modos, la capacidad de la batería recargable es grande, y aunque no cargase durante un par de días, la cámara se mantendría operativa, ya que dada su tipología de funcionamiento, no está expuesta a un gran consumo energético continuado, sino más bien puntual a lo largo de cada jornada. La calidad en general, es más que correcta a pesar de estar hecha de plástico en su totalidad, ya que este, es de buen grosor y resistente a la lluvia, polvo, nieve y otras inclemencias del tiempo (IP67). Se le acompaña de sujeciones para poder fijarla en pared, y de un cable USB que también permite poder cargar la batería interna en caso de emergencia. Nosotros la tenemos en zona interior con el cable del panel solar pasado para el exterior, y ahora podernos controlar a nuestros gatos a voluntad cuando ninguno de nosotros está en casa. Tan fácil como ir a la app y conectar con la cámara para poder ver lo que está pasando. Eso sí, a tener en cuenta que es una cámara fija, no es de las que están motorizadas y pueden girar horizontal o verticalmente, por lo que igual, más adelante ponemos esta cámara en la zona exterior de la terraza. En general, una opción muy recomendable si andabas buscando una solución de este tipo. Besitos! (✿◠‿◠)
