Product received does not have the LID with Lock.
I wanted a LID with Lock. Not sure why they would advertise LID with Lock and then send a pressure fit container? Just to understand this: you are a doctor, masked and gloved and you need your instruments. With a Lid-lock, you simply move the locks out of the way and lift the lid. With a pressure fit, you have to lift and hold with both hands while you pry the lid from the base which can cause the instruments to fly out.Absolutely would not be desirable.

This item is not at all as pictured. Not only is there not a locking mechanism but there are holes on top and bottom.

Poor quality and craftsmanship
Lid is warped and bent, locks don’t clip into place, fall right off and are awkwardly/unevenly attached.
