Best purchase experience I've ever had! (Yes the product is great as well)
If you're like me, you've likely noticed the extreme degradation of almost every company and employee on the planet as the newer generation of phone slave disconnected robots enter the workforce. Mistakes are no big deal, communication is terrible, accountability is zero. Everyone is a winner.... Yes I'm more so the glass half empty kind of guy so please pay the MOST attention to the following: I had an issue with the product I received BUT the issue was 100% my fault and my responsibility. So one of my dogs decided that a component from the product looked like a perfectly good chew toy and basically destroyed the small piece. Oh well, no big deal. I contacted Rolflex and informed them of the situation and asked if I could just purchase a replacement for the small part. I absolutely despise when people are dishonest for the sake of obtaining something for free because I firmly believe there is a chain effect to every action each one of us takes which has a greater weight than our short term thinking usually allows. This company went ABOVE AND BEYOND to the highest degree to accommodate me. I was literally so blown away that I ran over to my wife to tell her she had to see the follow up I had received regarding my inquiry. I mean I was shocked, this company was so selfless that they actually trumped any customer experience I'd ever had. Even including ones in the good old days. I can't remember if I've even ever left a review for anything I've ever bought on Amazon in all the years I have been a member but I felt absolutely obligated to leave Rolflex a review. Companies like this need to thrive. They need to be the norm, and they absolutely set a gold standard for others to follow. Why is this so important? because they will always try their best which is an absolute rarity today. So take that same consideration and apply it to a product....You get the point. As for the product I have used it several times with great results. I bought it mainly to relieve aching joints and muscle tissue that never seemed to release tension. I work on heavy off road construction equipment for a living and also weight train heavily outside of work. I am constantly being battered. I never used to notice much pain from these activities but now that I'm approaching 40, yaaaa definitely not superman anymore. I also find that is great for stretching certain muscles that are tough to reach through normal stretching routines. I don't think that the stretching is an advertised perk of the Rolflex but in my case it does help. It is a seemingly expensive product. But if you consider the research, design, and liability that comes along with creating a product like this, it's actually a pretty good deal. Rolflex is also a small business and I fully appreciate supporting them. I am excited to see what other products they will develop in the future. They are also clearly trying harder than most other companies out there to ensure they put out a good product and maintain strong customer loyalty. You just can't beat that and in most cases even find it these days. Lastly, my strongest suggestion would be to READ the instructions and WATCH the videos pertaining to ANY type of muscle or joint you are trying to alleviate. Yes, it's possible you can make things worse but Rolflex is providing all the resources you need to prevent doing so. I mainly added this last part in because I had read some reviews where people had complained that using the Rolflex made this or that worse. Hint: It wasn't the fault of the product. I have had no issues what so ever when using this product for it's intentions and in accordance with instructions. Thank you to infinity Rolfex for all of your top notch consideration!!! You've created a forever customer through a single transaction which is in my opinion a feat to brag about :)

Rolflex IS the Tool For Healthy Muscle Recovery!
My teeanage son is a varsity baseball pitcher and asked me to get a roller so he could massage his arm after pitching. He found a $20 item on Amazon. "You get what you pay for," I told him. I sat down and researched higher-priced items. In the end, I purchased the $80 Rolflex for him. Fast foward 9 months and I am the very proud owner of 2 Rolflex and 1 Rollit, Rolflex's secondary product ($30). Precision Pressure: Probably the #1 feature of the Rolflex device and the Rollit, is the ability to adjust the pressure you apply to the muscle with very little effort and total precision. The hinged device, enables the user to gently increase or decrease the pressure with total precision using your fingertips holding the two handles together. Deterrants to Regular Use: If you use a rechargeable pulsating massage gun, which I have and do use, you probably enjoy the simplicity of the machine doing the work. The Rolflex is not that easy. That said, you cannot get the same therapeutic results with a massage gun that you can achieve with the Rolflex. It is easy to use, but it takes some practice. It's easy to use, but you have to learn your body's needs, how to position the Rolflex and which notch on the adjustable clamp to set the device, before you'll achieve maximum benefit. Once you do...IT IS INCREDIBLE! Learning to Use Rolflex: The videos are a great starting point, but there are sooo many more muscles you can dig into if you work at it. For example, as a tennis player, my outer shoulder muscles need therapy regularly. Placing the weighty rubber base on the thigh, opening the clamp to the larger settings and leaning forward until the yellow roller is on the shoulder muscles requires a comfortable position on a firm chair. Once you get it in place, gradually moving the shoulder in and out of the Rolflex while adjusting pressure is heavenly. The same is true for the larger muscles of the leg. Again, it takes practice, but the more I have used it, the more I've found ways to dig into the muscles of the legs and arms and there is no question that my body has benefited from a regular routine of rolling out the muscles daily. Rollit (their secondary product): The more I used the Rolflex, the more I craved a similar device for the neck and upper shoulder / high back muscles. Enter the Rollit. Essentially, it's half of the Rolflex clamp device with a long strap attached to it. The strap has thumb loops that work perfectly. This device takes practice as well and more creativity than the Rolflex, but once you get used to setting it on the muscles and looping the strap around your body and into your free hand, the ability to roll the device on neck, shoulder, upper back, side back muscles and even on the pectoral muscles in front the therapeutic benefits are FANTASTIC! If you are serious about taking care of your sore muscles, THIS IS THE TOOL you need in your arsenal. I got tired of sharing with my son, so I bought one for myself. As a baseball umpire, soccer referee, tennis player and surfer at age 53, I am certain that Rolflex and the Rollit will enable me to stay healthy and avoid injury for many years to come.

Pricey but quality
Okay, I was pretty hesitant to buy this because of the price. I decided to do it anyway, and I am so glad. This thing gets deep into arm tension in a way I've never been able to. I didn't realize how badly I needed this, and I badly want to give it 5 stars because of how effective it is - but honestly $80 is too much for a primarily plastic tool. I wish they would have made it with better material for charging this price. Still I am glad I bought it, and would definitely recommend it - especially if you have arm/wrist/elbow tension

Fixed fascia problems I've had for 15 years!
I've been dealing with fascia problems for 15 years and have tried so many massage rollers, percussion instruments, and deep therapy massage, but this is the only thing that has made a big difference. It's so easy to use compared to massage rollers, since all it takes is a small squeeze from your hand to greatly alter the pressure. The bumpy yellow part is just the right width to get a good, deep massage, and you can aim it specifically to the trigger points along your muscle. After using this daily for a month, not only is my fascia feeling better (less tight/knotty) but other parts of my body that were compensating for the parts affected by thickened/inflamed fascia are feeling better too. To note: the Rolflex is great for forearms and calves but doesn't quite work for quads (it's a bit awkward) or glutes, so I use a foam roller for those areas. I absolutely recommend this product though!

Best tool on the market for sore forearms and tennis elbow
I don't write a lot of reviews, but felt very compelled for this product because it has been the best tool for treating sore forearms and tennis elbow. I reviewed the short videos, followed the instructions, and felt immediate relief. After 3-4 days of use (twice a day, with icing in between), my perpetual soreness from tennis is almost completely gone. Just as importantly, my tennis game has improved because of improved strength and mobility.

Absolutely genius product, hideous and embarrassing to look at
Like the version that this unit copies, or vice versa, not sure which one came first, this is an absolutely ridiculous looking product. There is nothing aesthetically pleasing about it, and mixing plasma green with baby blue and Black is more of a hideous color combination then the one that the other company makes in all blue, although somehow this one looks better since the ridiculous stretchy straps are removable. I am also not at all pleased or impressed with the fact that the manufacturer intentionally sought out chemicals that are known to the state of California to cause birth defects and cancer and use those inside this product which must come in contact with your skin. Seems like a pretty stupid choice right? Or at least they could've manufactured it with more bio friendly plastic, especially for $70. So once you get past the fact that this is a poison this product, looks absolutely ridiculous, and the color palette chose was by someone who has no taste, it is actually a very useful and powerful product. Oh also the attachments are very cheap. It kind of gives you the idea that someone thought of this thing as an adolescent, and said hey look and if you attach this piece of elastic here you can make it do this too. But as a hand balancer in acrobat, I find this tool indispensable, and it has been missing from my arsenal of personal and self care products. I will probably take it with me wherever I go, because I am on my hands a lot so for your forearms it's a godsend. The full-color laminated brochure is probably the best quality item about this product. I like that it comes apart and has different uses, and that the size adjusts. I also like the soft foam on the nasty colored Ghostbusters slime or green portion more than the three rockhard beads on the competitors version. And I also prefer that this thing has a rocker on the bottom rather than the godforsaken elastic clamp on that the other one has. So if you do hand to hand, acrobatics, AcroyYoga Private, or handstands, you will never want to be without this again

Phenomenal Tool For Aleviating Tennis Elbow
Purchasing the Rolflex was a last ditch effort for relief. Having used it now for over 2 months, I wish I had purchased it years ago. It absolutely worked for me and using it has become part of a daily routine. I frequently suffer from 'tennis elbow' after a day of gripping anything, whether it be pruning sheers while gardening, carrying heavy cases by their handles, or using a clapper board on a film set. Unfortunately while it only takes a full day to cause the problem, it'll take a couple of weeks to recover from. Recently I started up a job at a theme park as a photographer taking hundreds of pictures of guests daily. Constantly gripping the camera over the course of 8 hours really flared up an already agrivated elbow. By the end of my 2nd day, my elbow felt like it was being poked by hot needles and my grip was very weak. The next day midway through my shift, straightening my arm took incredible effort and I knew I couldn't continue ignoring the problem. I came across the Rolflex here on Amazon, and though the price seemed a bit much, I figured it was worth a shot. Best decision I could have made. The Rolflex let me deep tissue massage my forearm in a way that offered immediate relief. I took it to work and would use it before my shift, on my breaks, and after when I got home. Within 2 weeks I no longer needed it during breaks. I started using it also on my bicep as well as to roll out my hand and fingers prior to work. I still have stiffness in the elbow, but my grip is just fine and I don't need the Rolflex except to start my day. The product material is strong and I don't feel like it is ever going to break. It is compact and portable, fitting in my backback. Super easy to use, very intuitive, and I feel I've only scratched the surface of where it can be used on my body. People see me using it all the time and ask about it, and I don't hesitate to recommend them getting one for themselves. I even showed it to the athletic trainer here and she was impressed. I do think the $70 asking price is a bit steep for what I use it for. The same athletic trainer had previously had me using a spikey ball and two taped together tennis balls for rolling out the forearm. This can be used though to roll out my thighs, by calves, my neck, and I can literally do it anywhere without the need of a flat surface. And then there's the fact that for the $70, it worked. Two months of daily use and it still looks brand new. So in the end, it's worth it.

Two Thumbs Up
I own a Theragun, a hard black foam roller, a lacrosse ball (and maybe more things) to use on sore muscles so I believe I have a sizable amount of experience to say that: This RolFlex device is impressive. Over the last 20+ years, I’ve had to toil to keep my body moving despite autoimmune arthritis. What I find occurring is that leg and forearm muscles have to compensate for a stiff joint so as and as a result, some muscles have gotten overworked and develop tight spots. Lately, because of a stiff ankle, the muscles in the front of the lower leg have to work much harder to flex my foot upward for me to walk and run. There are a lot of exercises to strengthen calves in the *back* of the leg, but I have rarely seen exercises that strengthen muscles in the *front* of the leg. Right after I got the RolFlex, I used it on the front of my lower leg. Instructions say “Find a sore spot…” I found many sore painful spots in the muscles next to my shin bone and moved my foot around. It was satisfying to hear and feel low pitched cracklings in my shin muscle muscles. Afterward, my stiff ankle seemed to move more freely. I think the fact that the RolFlex can “trap” the body part to apply pressure in opposite directions is what makes this thing work so well. My only negative comment is that I wish there was a more secure way to keep the extender elastic with the rest of the RolFlex. I hope there is a way to buy replacement extender elastics. This device costs less that multiple visits to a massage therapist. I say buy this thing if you want some way to feel less muscle pains and move more freely.

Genius product this works so much better than a traditional foam roller for legs and arms!

Fantastico x i polpacci
Una manna per i polpacci. Può essere usato anche come massaggiatore “a matterello” Non lo vedo bene invece per le altre parti del corpo, dove il classico foam roller é meglio.

Pricey but worth it in conjunction with standard foam roller
Bit pricey but really does work. I use a foam roller, lacrosse ball, shiatsu massager but there are a few niggles that you just cant get too. Ive been experiencing some over the knee pain for a long time, this tool was perfect to massage the inner quads and just above the knee - christ the tension and pain relief i could taste it, once you get the pressure right and hit a trigger point it really digs deep- loosened up my knee after one use! This tool is also ideal for calves and forearms which are so hard to get to with conventional rollers.
