Quite honestly - it should have come with the small tools needed. If not - you will have to go to your local hardware store and buy the tools needed.

I had the exact same problem I immediately called amazon and they resolved the issue very well. I had the part repaired with a glass place then finished the bar. It is a beautiful piece. But the part was $130 to repair because the glass is beveled
