The product is worth buying and value for money for people of all ages . Its easy to use and since its portable can easily be stored in a small space also. The technical support team is also very prompt,efficient and polite.

Product is quite good for the price. Also unit is very compact. Once the handle bar is fixed there doesn't seem to be an option to fold it. So moving it around us not really possible easily. I am 5'3" so the length of the board/deck is good enough for normal walking speed. It may be short for someone taller especially in brisk/fast walking mode. I am overweight so I cannot walk faster than 4 kmph at the moment so it works out fine. Machine build is quite stable and the running deck also feels sturdy. I am using the machine flat now not inclined. The only hitch I have is that the colour shown in the image and what arrived was totally different but it's ok I guess. The handle bar is a garish golden while the unit is a blue plastic body. But the unit is kept away from the main house traffic so it doesn't matter much. Noise levels are ok. The motor is very quiet but the walking mat on the deck does make a noise. The unit is placed directly on concrete floor (no tiles). I am going to use a carpet under if required to dampen the noise. Overall it is a good buy and something that fits my budget and space for my immediate requirement.

Within just 6 months, the machine broke down completely, displaying a persistent "E03 Error," and my experience with their service team over the last 4 months has been an absolute nightmare. If you are considering this treadmill, please read this timeline of their "warranty support": Forced DIY Repairs: Instead of sending a technician to my home, they sent me a video and forced me to dismantle the heavy motor and PCB myself and courier it all the way to their Punjab factory via Delhivery. Incompetence & Delays: After I shipped the parts, their team claimed they never received them. I had to fight with the courier company to get the proof of delivery, which clearly showed Cockatoo's own team had signed and stamped it. They had simply lost the package in their own facility, wasting over a week of my time. Repeated Failures & Overheating: The repaired parts finally arrived weeks later, but the machine broke down with the exact same E03 error just 12 days after installation. During a subsequent visit, the technician noted the motor was dangerously overheating within just 10 minutes of use. False Promises: After the parts were replaced again and immediately failed while the technician was still present, the technician admitted the motor cannot take the load (I weigh 82 kg, well within the advertised limit). The company officially promised to pick up the entire unit for a full inspection and replacement. However, they backed out of this promise simply because I no longer had the original cardboard box after 9 months of ownership! Ghosting the Customer: When I demanded a proper replacement instead of a third pointless motor swap, they completely stopped answering my calls and WhatsApp messages. I am now stuck talking to an automated AI bot. The product is fundamentally flawed, and the company uses endless stalling tactics to avoid honoring their warranty. My ₹27,490 machine is now just a useless, dead piece of metal taking up space in my house. Save your hard-earned money and buy from a reputed brand with actual home service. Stay far away from Cockatoo! I strongly recommend that people, especially those living in and around Mumbai, go for a Powermax treadmill instead.

The motor is smooth and powerful enough for walking, jogging, and moderate running (comfortable up to ~12–14 km/h). The auto incline feature is a big plus and really helps increase workout intensity. The running deck is comfortable with decent shock absorption, and the foldable design makes it suitable for apartments. Speed goes up to 16 km/h, which is sufficient for most home users. Noise is low during walking/jogging but increases slightly at higher speeds or incline. Bluetooth and MP3 are provided, but speaker quality is average, and AUX cable is needed for MP3. No dedicated pause button, which is a minor inconvenience. Overall, a solid home treadmill for daily cardio, weight loss, and incline training. Not gym-grade, but good value for money.
