⭐ 1/5 — Very Poor After-Sales ServiceI purchased the Cockatoo SmartRun A6 treadmill for running because the company claimed a 100 kg weight capacity. My weight is only around 95 kg, yet I am still unable to run properly on it.The treadmill worked fine for around 11 months, but after that, problems started. When I contacted customer support, instead of sending a technician, they asked me to remove the PCB and motor and courier them to their office for repair.I followed their instructions and sent the PCB and motor twice. Unfortunately, even after both repairs, the problem was still not resolved.Now, instead of sending a technician to inspect and fix the treadmill, they are asking me to courier the entire treadmill to them, saying they will repair it and send it back. This is a very impractical solution for such a large and heavy machine.The biggest disappointment is the after-sales service. When the treadmill is working, everything seems fine. But as soon as you face a serious issue, there seems to be no proper solution or on-site support from the company.I bought this treadmill for regular running and exercise, but after barely a year, it has become practically useless for me.If you are planning to buy this treadmill, don't just look at the specifications and price. Please consider the after-sales service as well. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Cockatoo SmartRun A6.

The product is worth buying and value for money for people of all ages .Its easy to use and since its portable can easily be stored in a small space also.The technical support team is also very prompt,efficient and polite.

Product is quite good for the price. Also unit is very compact. Once the handle bar is fixed there doesn't seem to be an option to fold it. So moving it around us not really possible easily. I am 5'3" so the length of the board/deck is good enough for normal walking speed. It may be short for someone taller especially in brisk/fast walking mode. I am overweight so I cannot walk faster than 4 kmph at the moment so it works out fine. Machine build is quite stable and the running deck also feels sturdy. I am using the machine flat now not inclined. The only hitch I have is that the colour shown in the image and what arrived was totally different but it's ok I guess. The handle bar is a garish golden while the unit is a blue plastic body. But the unit is kept away from the main house traffic so it doesn't matter much. Noise levels are ok. The motor is very quiet but the walking mat on the deck does make a noise. The unit is placed directly on concrete floor (no tiles). I am going to use a carpet under if required to dampen the noise. Overall it is a good buy and something that fits my budget and space for my immediate requirement.
