They fit perfect, the only thing I would have preferred is fine thread, but for what I am going to haul / tow with the tow pintle they will work. A great price for a hard-to-find item. Complete in every aqspect with the flat washer and lock washer.

For my exhaust
Replacing rear pipe on car and the flange requires 3 1/2 bolts.Found these and should work excellent.Grade 8 and very nicely machined pieces . Would buy these again if needed

Be really careful you get proper bolts.
These bolts are not for the bigger mounts. You need the 9/16 bolts at least for 20 000lb mount and pintle. These are sloppy.
