Good product for the money
They arrived quickly the basket that holds the canister on 4 of the 12 was a little unraveled but overall it was sturdy. We predrilled the hole so not to put stress on the bamboo. They look great. We used them in groups of three around a large pool and patio area.

Great for backyard lighting and insect control!
Good deal! Came with fuel canisters and bamboo torches. Only one wick seemed shorter than the others and had to be re-lit several times. However, this was a very good deal for the number of torches received. They were the perfect height for the backyard. Also the torches were not super thin, so they held up well to securing them into the hard ground. The fuel was purchased separately. They burned bright when lit.

Bad Wicks
The bamboo holders were fine, although at least one cap fell apart. The canisters were not well made so hard to screw on and off to fill. But the wicks were awful. They simply did not wick!! As a result the fuel would not come out the top and so it would not light.

Work great for wedding
Bought this for my wedding. Easy to use, very affordable. I used them in the sand and no issues sticking it in the sand. They look great however if you touch/grab them you can tell why the price. I used them only once. If you’re looking for something long lasting I would maybe look for better quality. (Higher price) if this is for a one event thing definitely worth it.

Broken on arrival
The torch wick caps were broken in the packaging on 4 of the torches. How the torches are made, the wick caps are necessary to keep water from entering the oil canister. Since the oil canister is glued to the torches it is not an easy replacement once water gets inside. I am hoping the company will at least send me 4 replacement caps. Then I would change my rating to 4 stars.

Long lasting and durable
I bought these about a year ago. They have been exposed to sunlight and even a winter season and are still very much in tact. Added a very nice ambience to my pool area while entertaining. Use the mosquito repelling lamp oil in them and get the added benefit of less pests flying about while your relaxing. Good product and I recommend these.

DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE
I have owned and purchased many tiki torches over the years, mostly Tiki brand. These are hands-down the worst tiki torches I have ever had in my life. They barely even lit, half of them wouldn’t even keep a flame more than 30 to 40 seconds. I filled these with high-quality citronella tiki brand torch fuel. Some of the bottles of two blunted to stick in the ground, either way they don’t like, they won’t stay lit very long if they do and you should spend the extra $10 and get something that will actually work. Seriously, buyer beware this is a garbage product.

Wick height makes flame difference
We used them for Halloween. They were super fun. 1-100oz bottle of fuel will be enough for all of them to burn for 4hrs. I bought 2 and had a whole extra bottle. Have a small scrwedriver ready to pry out the wick and lids from the wood stopper cap. They were mostly stuck. Gloves for after to empty the excess fuel for storage. The wicks are sooty and soaked with fuel. The longer the wick (like 2") the higher the flame. 1" is just a glow flame. Consider fireing a couple up to determine the desired safe flame if its important. The stoppers worked just fine to put the flames out. I think the wicks should be pretty soaked befor lighting for them to not just burn away. They pose a fire hazard so be very careful! I reccommend a fire extenguisher if a hose isn't nearby.
