An Introduction to AutoCAD 2013 for Civil Engineering Applications

Three quarters of the book develop the knowledge of Autocad , based on classic interface (on a 2013 version!), it's not bad if you are a begginer, but if you just need a full AutoCAD Civil Engineering applications book, this isn't exactly that kind lecture.

Great buy for college course

The title states this book is an introduction to AutoCAD. It explains quite well the basic commands in AutoCAD from a beginning viewpoint. It has some nice background information from a Civil Engineering point of view as well. Some of the extra exercises in the back of the book are rather pointless as they are just random shapes that do not relate to Civil Engineering in any way.
