Yes. The images are both inverted and upside down with standard eyepieces.

Can you photograph deep sky objects with this telescope?

This scope is excellent for taking Deep Sky objects. You may need to move the Primary UP to reach focus depending on what system you use. You will need some sort of guide system,like a smaller refractor to guide if you don't use an auto guider. but teaching you that, isn't the purpose of this answer. They are really a very nice scope.

what's shipping box dimension of omni xlt 150 mewtonian reflector???

I think there were two huge boxes...I don't remember the size but they were big. You could not lift wrap your arms around them to lift, you need a dolly.
