Stand Mixer, CUSIMAX Dough Mixer

We live FT in our RV and I love to cook/bake. Space is limited, so this stand mixer was a good option for a great price. It is very lightweight, has traction control on the bottom, it does move a little during the making of dough for bread but so far holding up well (despite flying off the counter during a very bumpy drive). Attachments are light weight and not metal, but the dough hook works great. Haven't used it for anything else yet, but looking forward to not having to try to hand mix!

The 5-quart bowl is just the right size for most home baking. It also looks really nice on the counter — modern and sleek, not bulky at all. Cleaning is simple, and all the parts feel sturdy. For the price, this mixer is a total win. If you’re looking for something reliable that doesn’t cost a fortune, this one’s definitely worth it. Recommend!

I bought this mixer for chinchin and bread at home. It is easy to use and strong enough for dough, cake mix, and meat pie dough . The bowl is a good size. The head lifts up so I can add stuff and change tools. The cups on the bottom keep it from sliding. It is fancy, easy to use light weight and I wash the parts by hand, but it works well and costs less. Happy with it.

This vertical mixer is amazing and extremely efficient. Everything is easy to assemble. I don't even need to read the manual to know how to assemble it. Few things need to be cleaned. It's not difficult to clean them at all. There are no strange corners that are difficult to clean. Only one wheel can control the speed of the mixer, which is simple and clear to use. I used it to make steamed buns. It's very good. You don't need to knead the dough by yourself. It can prevent all the fine dry raw materials from flying out and making a mess. Great vertical mixer, I'm happy to use it to make other baked goods.

The kneading speed and time can be adjusted freely, making it very convenient to use. It has strong suction cups on the bottom, so the machine stays stable without shaking while working, it’s also very quiet. The operation is simple and easy to learn. Whether making bread, cakes, or noodles, it’s a great choice for home use and a very helpful kitchen appliance. I’m so satisfied with it that I’m thinking about buying one for my mom .

Edit - received a new mixer and attachments work and used 2 times. I am pleased it works well. Previously I had the popular brand until the motor stopped - and this mixer is more compact for my small kitchen and lighter. And nicer on the pocketbook. And it works just as well. Pleased. Old review - I ended up sending it back and rated 1 star. Only the egg beater attaches, the other 2 doesn’t. I contacted support, they told me to send my order number and I did, but 24 + hours later no email from support.

Hello reader, I occasionally like to bake...meaning I bake every weekend lol so I have used this machine a lot. First I want to start off by saying the mixer only lasted a 1 year. I'll do a list of the pros and cons Pros - Good for occasional use - Nice color selection - Semi Affordable - Metal looking attachment - Not heavy - sticks to the table Cons -Broke after one year of use -Hard to clean - plastic attachment broke almost immediately - wish it had a handle on the bowl - over heats and turns off - turns off after 10 minutes and you have turn it on and back off - plastic screws inside of the machine, cheap, breaks easily -push and lock button broke which means the machine can't function - Hard to clean - Head of mixer moved out of place which made it hard to push it back down into place so it could start again. - Shakes the table on high speed( whole table would move) - struggles with dough but do-able - measurement should be on bowl -Hard to add ingredients while machine is running. Since the space is so small on the side. - can't buy broken attachment or anything separately - bowl is a thin metal and stains inside Overall good to start off with but I expected this product to last me over a year and it didn't. Which is disappointing, especially when I'm constantly making cakes etc.. wish the mixer also wouldn't stop if I had it running for a while. I feel like there was certain expectations that weren't met. If you catch this product on sale I would say maybe get it but I wouldn't spend the 100$plus I spent on it again. I bought this primarily for making bread, and it has exceeded my expectations, making the process of baking homemade bread much easier. It is well-suited for kneading bread dough as well as mixing cake batter. I appreciate that it operates quietly and features suction cups on the base, which prevent it from sliding around—a feature I find incredibly practical.

Es fácil y rápida en su uso, hasta el momento he logrado mezclar los ingredientes en poco tiempo y quedan perfectamente incorporados, me facino que es fácil de limpiar y cambiar los accesorios y sus foot Pat son de excelente agarre para trabajar, hasta el momento me ha funcionado perfectamente y he logrado hacer panes y comidas en menor tiempo!!

I read other reviews before buying, so I was really hesitant to buy one. But other brands were so expensive I knew I would never get one! I have extensive OA & DDD. Severe in my cmc joint or thumb base. Well I started to use machine it was very easy to add bowl lid & attachments. I just pressed easy push button to lift top of machine & bring back down. Slick! I wanted to be making bread & cookies for Christmas.. I have made at least 10 loafs of bread & 6+ mixtures of cookies with success!! My bread mixture & kneading is 7 mins so I have gone over just a wee bit & No problems. I have not had machine a long time maybe 4-6 weeks & I love it. The stickers on the bottom helps machine not to dance around cupboard. Too unstick to clean under machine though is hard for me. But can be done. It all washes up good! Attachments everything in good working condition. It sounds clankee when mixing or kneading but all is good. A new beater was going to cost me at least 1/2 this amount. So I thought why not. Now I can throw all the ingredients in at once then mix or knead. Once machine is done its job I just put cookies or bread in oven. And so far everything turns out better than I expect! So fun! I have been wanting to make more from scratch & saving on buying store product but it’s harder & very tiring with this arthritis. So this product with cheaper price makes my cooking much easier!!

Excellent Value for money

Es la primera batidora de pedestal que compro. Soy principiante en la repostería y creo que es muy útil y fácil de usar para alguien que apenas empieza. Al principio me asusté porque sentí que se calentó, pero sólo ocurrió esa vez. No siento que sea muy ruidosa y las ventosas que tiene en la base ayuda a que no se mueva en velocidades altas. 100% recomendado.

Llegó en excelentes condiciones, he hecho algunas mezclas y trabaja de maravilla. Muy ligera y fácil de manejar.
