Great Taste, Great Value!
I didn't know what to expect, but this ground beef was fantastic -- perfect lean to fat ratio, really great flavor, and perfect for hamburgers or anything else that lets the flavor of the meat come through.

Tastes just okay
It sure tastes better than regular store bought hamburger 🍔 but to me it had a bit of gritty texture and was kinda dry. I had cooked hamburgers with it. And I was disappointed that it didn't have a better taste to it than it did. I gave my second patty to the cats. 😂 It's a good price for the amount of meat you get.

Grass fed organic beef
This beef reminds me of the quality and flavor I experienced as a child when all the beef we had was raised on grass. This beef has the taste and texture that brought me back to the time when GMO's, hormones and antibiotics weren't used. You get what you pay for. This beef is worth it. Smash burger or classic burger is perfect with this beef. Health wise, well it doesn't get better. This is our go to ground beef.
