Good so far, but service needs serious introspection by Kirloskar
While the product seems good so far, but support by Kirloskar and its service partner seems not up to mark. Initially the motor was tripping and when raised this issue with Kirloskar care and service partner asked us to get the motor to the service center which I felt didn't make sense. After a bit of follow up and coaxing the service folks visited our place and found an issue the switch box that came with the product. Imagine a small issue as such we were being forced to take the motor to the service centre. Had we taken the motor alone they wouldn't have figured the issue with the switch. This is something that Kirloskar needs to improve on.
