Roho Quadtro Select High Profile Cushion, ISOFLO Air Cells, 19" x 21"

Excellent product for seating concerns. For whatever reason, I have found most seating uncomfortable for decades, and I've searched high and low for an office chair that meets my needs. And I've tried lots of different pads/cushions in those office chairs to no avail. Placing this cushion on my office chair has made a world of difference. This cushion allows you to choose whether you want the inflation stable/firm throughout, or whether you want it to have some give to allow for a more malleable product that freshly conforms to your shape every time you sit down. I opted for the malleable. It has put an end to discomfort for me at my desk. It's air-filled with lots of air pockets rather than foam or something else that would retain a shape over time and stop being comfortable once it got too set in its ways. It's pricey, yes, but so were all those other cushions that I spent a lot more on over time. This comes with a cushion case for protection, but I also keep a lightweight pad over the top of it to protect it from wear. I expect it will last a long time with proper care.

Mom has advanced ALS. She loves this cushion. I am a nurse and worked in long term care many years. Roho cushions are the best. Inflation is adjustable to meet the individual needs of patients. Easy to clean. Pricey but worth it.

High quality product

Roho is the “gold standard” for seating cushions. We have used them for years and work great. The Quattro select provides more adjustment for the 4 zones and the slightly higher profile provides more support and comfort. We take these with us to restaurants, shows, and especially on plains. Though when flying remember to let out air before taking off since higher altitude will over inflate the cushion.

This cushion is quite tall. Adds about 4 inches to the height of the seat, making it too tall to be useful for my mom.

The only problem had with it is if I bent down to lift up the footplates on my wheel chair, I was essentially sitting on only the front section. All the air in the front got squeezed to the back and I was in danger of sliding out. Actually one time I did and after that learned a lesson and now be sure I have something in front of me to push on if I am sliding out. I did try the lower profile one and the one with the foam front but quickly got sore, but this was a problem with the new wheelchair I was using which only had a flat plate for a seat. The previous ones i used had a cushion seat onto which I added the Roho

If you are in a wheelchair or have to sit for long periods of time without getting up, this is the best cushion you can buy. I’m in a wheelchair and my behind can get very unhappy and can get sores from sitting all the time. Roho makes the best cushion there is. They are pricey, but worth it.

Excelkent product. Instructions are a bit misleading at first, in hindsight should of got the bext size up for my mum.

Am using it for nine months and it has survived. I was told that they last for only nine months. I should have got a smaller size as the sides touch the wheels of my wheelchair at times and I have to adjust the cushion
