The scoop has markings on it for 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon on it. I hope this helps

Would be no value to putting it on a cactus bloom. If you are asking if it will promote a cactus to bloom, the answer is yes. But just water it in.

Does this product contain chelated iron?

Not chelated iron but iron FE that’s soluble in water. You can buy liquid chelated iron at Lowe’s.
