These drops worked great! I had gone scuba diving and some water had gotten trapped in my ear and it had been a couple days. I don’t want it to get infected or anything so I had to try something. Put 10 drops in my ear, layer on my side for 5min then put a folded up paper towel in the snap of a tootsie roll into my ear just on the outside part of the canal not down into it, and let the solution continue to sit for about 20-30min while I was walking around doing stuff in my house. Then I used an Ear Irrigation Flushing System I also bought on Amazon and flushed my ear with warm water. It is important you use warm water cold water could make you feel nauseous. So much wax came out of my ear, I was like omg this is gross lol it was around 3-4 large balls of wax and then some smaller pieces as well. Idk if the drops alone will help you need some sort of way to then flush out the ear wax. I can finally hear again and my ears feel so clean and not blocked anymore. Highly recommend. I also did this myself so it is absolutely possible to do the drops and flush on your own. You can also feel where to direct the water stream in your ear to unlodge the earwax. Will definitely be keeping this on standby in case it happens again.

Works well but a pain to do 2x a day 8 - 10 drops 4 days in a row then rinse it with syringe. But it works also needs time to heal and adjust. Also until its flushed out you feel strange and not so good it affects your equilibrium and needs to adjust then your ok.

The product is good but I ordered in Sept 2025, received product and used with good results but the product shows expiration date of February 2026 so I know for a fact that seller sent me old product. I won't buy from the seller again. I'm writing this review in late Feb 2026 because I need to use the product again but see it is soon to be expired so I have decided to buy from new seller. Beware of this seller sending old product. New product should be good for at least a year or longer if the seller sends new product.

I regularly have issues with my ears, where if I use a q-tip they get plugged, or if I get water in my ear it feels like it takes FOREVER to get out. I recently went and got an annual physical at the doctor for the first time (I know I'm such an irresponsible adult) and while doing her little ear flashlight thing, my doctor was like "uh do you have any ear issues" and I said "um well sometimes I feel like they get a little plugged I guess?" And she goes "yeah not surprising since I can't see your eardrums around all thay wax buildup. We can flush them out here or you can do it at home." And me being me, I said I would do it at home and promptly did not. Well, then, two days ago, I woke up and my ear was a little plugged. I decided to try to go at it with a q-tip and long story short, I was completely deaf in my left ear for approximately 8 hours. So. Much. Plugged. So a little amazon/google research later, I ended up here looking at this product. I was a little nervous because I've never had good luck with liquid things going in my ears and not making things worse, but I thought hey, it can't get any worse really. Package arrived two days later and now we are HERE. Folks. Buy it. This is like head lice treatment. If you are looking at it and thinking about it, YOU NEED IT. And this stuff. Is. Awesome. You know those ear nuggets I mentioned? Literally chunks of ear wax came out of my ear holes the SIZE OF CORN KERNELS. Where was this coming from? Why is my body making so much wax? Where was it being stored because I did NOT think ear canals were that spacious, but apparently there are some storage closets in there or something because HOLY MARY MOTHER OF GOD the ear nuggets are real. I also bought two red "ear wax aspirators", they're red, like 6 bucks on amazon or something, they worked great. But if you have the bulb nasal aspirators for babies, those are basically the same thing and will also work. I let the drops sit (I dunno how many I used, I was desperate, probably 15?) for about 10-15 minutes and plugged my ears with cotton balls to keep the juice in like the directions say. There was a delightful fizzing nouse/sensation but no instant relief. I pretty gently rinsed out my first ear with nice warm water and nothing really came out, maybe just some flakes. So I went to my left ear and after the first rinse yielded a plugged ear and no nuggets, I cranked the water up to hot and really shot that water up in there and the chunks started flying. Ended up re-rinsing the first ear the same way with excellent results. My ears feel so squeaky clean! And get this, my hair makes sounds. Like I put it up in a hair tie afterwards, and I could HEAR MY HAIR MOVING ON MY HEAD. What is that?! Seriously?! If you also did not know that moving hair creates a sound, you need to buy this product ASAP.

I bought this because I got water in my ear a few days ago while bathing and for the life of me could not hear a damn thing in my right ear for days! I used a q tip and it got worse of course. I used half a bottle of the drops in a matter of 4 days and had to buy a bulb syringe because this one did not come with the drops but I am glad I bought the syringe, it took me over 25 minutes of flushing my right ear and finally a ton of wax came out which was probably there for years. I can’t believe how great my hearing is again- I did my left ear and nothing came out which was odd but I had to try it anyway to see if it was the same as my right ear, which to me it seems like people have issues with one ear mostly and it’s always the right one. Do yourself a favor and be patient, if you have never used this before do not give up because the drops and the bulb syringe with warm water works - you just have to keep trying and really tilt your head towards the sink. I will keep using this every few weeks just incase so I don’t experience this muffled ear loss from wax. Good luck everyone!

Not working for my ears. If you have ear infections like mine before, Just see a doctor. I went to GP for 3 appointment (wasted my time), then end up paying full price for 1 doctor session lol. Now im good

The product worked great, highly recommended. Just be patient and read the instructions. On the second day, I suggest you start using something to gently spray water and flush the ear.
