Love these noodles, but the price is too high for the amount sent. It used to be reasonable...but everything is more expensive now. I will still order them until I find a comparable replacement. They are a quick and delicious meal, and you can choose how spicey you want.

I love these, at >$3 a pack with a frozen eggroll tossed in the air fryer it is one of my favorite go-to meals now. I do not like the noodle cup ramen or anything soupy, so after boiling these for a few minutes I drained the noodles and let them sit off to the side while I heated up the oil in the same pan. I added the flavoring packet (which is liquid and saves even more prep time), it sizzles in the oil and then I toss the noodles back in and stir until coated. I keep everything from dry garlic crisp, to chili oil crisp, liquid aminos, liquid ginger, rice vinegar, fish sauce, you name it on hand if I think my noodles need it, but I think these had plenty of flavor on their own and the texture is great. New favorite noodles now and I think these will be hard to beat.

These are amazing. Great flavor and noodle texture. The mala heat is great (I add my homemade mala chili oil to add heat). But for a Sichuan mala flavor to heat combo these are great even without enhancement. The scallion oil is delicious too. Will continue to order for a treat

The noodle itself is unique because it's shaped like almost like a humongous jellyfish leg. When you bite into it, it almost wraps around your mouth because of the way it's curvy and shaped and it has a soft chewy texture. Now this might sound weird but it makes sense when you actually eat the product. The sauce binds well with the noodle due to the noodle's shape. And as a result, every bite is flavorful if you mix it well. The sauce taste exactly like Scallion and soy sauce with a bit of spice. I can't tell you if the spicy flavor is exactly sichuan pepper because I am not an expert of sichuan cuisine. However this spice is definitely there. It's not as hot as the fire noodle challenge noodle but it's mildy hot for people who can only tolerate tobasco. Overall satisfactory noodle.

It takes something special for me to write a review so let me tell you these noodles are great! The noodles have great texture and the flavor is amazing. Do yourself a favor and give these a try!

These are SO GOOD. I Have eaten these two times in a row now and I got the noodles perfect this time. I was carefully to follow instructions the first time but they weren’t as chewey as I had hoped so I left on high this time and only cooked them for about 4-5 minutes. I also decided to only add about 75% of the sauces as the first time adding all of them made it just a tad too oily and saucy. I’d love to find these in a store for cheaper but if I can’t I’ll definitely keep buying them from here. They’re super fun and filling. I didn’t really taste much “scallion” which is fine with me but it has a nice subtle over all taste which is nice. A lot of noodles have so much flavor it can be overpowering. The spice is just right as well. If you love noodles I definitely recommend at least trying these once and you’ll likely keep buying more!

The flavor was not to my liking. They were quite spicy but overall flavor was not very good. The texture of the noodles were good and nice and chewy. I ended up throwing away the seasoning packets and made my own.

Everything about these noodles is unique and super high quality. They cooked up perfectly and taste wonderful. My order came very quickly which impressed me since many Amazon orders take a long time now. I enjoyed them so much I put in another order and I will definitely order them again soon...maybe one of their other flavors. Thanks for a great product!

Love these. Always loved Sichuan Pepper. The feel that it leaves in your mouth is unlike normal chilli and its so good. The noodles are really good texture and the sauce is delicous.

It’s tasty but definitely overpriced. Just get a bag of knife cut noodles from Amazon or the Asian store. For the sze chuan pepper oil, fry sze chuan peppercorns, 2-3 stalks sliced spring onions, and some Asian dried chilli or gochugaru chilli on low heat for a few minutes and then strain. For the black vinegar sauce it taste like standard 1 teaspoon chinkiang black vinegar, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar (adjust to taste), you can also add a dash of white pepper and a pinch of salt to taste and some freshly sliced spring onion.
