Found that this product was great for reducing the inflammation and pain when I hurt my back and shoulders really bad. I was able to stop talking aleve 3 x a day Not what I bought it for just a great bonus. Work well for calming the brain. Great for stabilizing mood / calmness even during pre/post menopause.
