This is a very cute book. The pop-ups are very simple, but there is one on every page. The story line is also very simple. It will easily advance the story for the typical 4-7 year old. I like the art to show my teenager artist. The lines are simple and she will be able to appreciate and duplicate them as she self teaches. At the end of the book the last page is a very large nicely done double foldout pop-up. A child will love the colors and pictures and story line. I ordered this as a used book at a discounted price and it was a real bargain.

Purchased this for a little fairy lover (6yo) and she LOVES it. She loves the beautiful pictures. I book is great quality. Thick and durable. It has a pretty little ribbon to close the book, which make it feel special and girly. I highly recommend this book for any little fairy lover.

I got this book for my daughter (4 yo) who loves books and fairies. She enjoys looking at the pictures, but the story is not all that engaging for her. She will listen to it, but won't want to hear the story again and again like she does other books. She is content just looking at the pictures which is okay with me. Very beautiful pictures, about 4 pop-up pages and one page that has a leaf that can detach from the book and the child can carry with them. Cute overall, but not amazing.

Not only the book is so unbelievably beautiful pictures in 3-d, but decorates a child’s room on a shelf. The wording is so imaginative and a perfectly wonderful read. All my grandaughters were gifted with this book. And I love art and reading.

I gave this to my 6 year old granddaughter for her birthday. We were both delighted. She carries it around with her. Also, after we’d read it a bunch of times, we started googling the different flower fairies. We were more delighted! The artist took real nature & made beautiful & acurate drawings. I’m so glad I got it for her.

まずはこの価格にして、第一印象の表紙の立派なことに驚きました。リボンをほどいてページを開くのも素敵。インテリアにもなりそうです。サイズも大きく、夜の妖精たちの集いのような絵柄・色合い、マットな紙質もいい感じです。中身はある程度光沢のある紙質です。 ポップアップはそれぞれのページで違い、ないページもあります。大掛かりではありませんが、花の妖精が出てきたり、蝶々がアップしたり、葉っぱの手紙があったり……最後のページは全葉使ったポップアップです。 英語はできませんが、翻訳本の半分くらいの価格で買えるので洋書を選びました。幼児向けのお話でしょうから、分からないところは辞書片手に大体話は分かりそうです。 絵本好き、ファンタジー好きな大人にもお勧めすることはもちろん、小さいころからアートのような絵本に触れるのは子供にとってもとてもいいことだと思います。森に野原に道端に、そこここに妖精がいるような・・･･･夢のある世界です。
