BulkSupplements.com Biotin 1% Powder - 500g (1.1 lbs) (Pack of 1)

BulkSupplements (B7) Pure Biotin 1% powder supplement is a necessity for anyone with problem nails, dry patchy skin or thinning hair. I recently noticed my nails breaking easier than ever, and much to my horror, more hair in my brush than the usual few strands that we all have. I went to the Doctors with my concerns and had blood tests done to check for thyroid issues, everything came back fine. They had no reasons or recommendations for me, so I turned to the internet. I found that thinning hair and weak, brittle or breaking nails and dry patchy skin are all signs of low Biotin levels in your system. After researching for some time, I purchased and started using Biotin softgels, and my problems lessened rather quickly. However, that form has a rather short shelf life ~ enter BulkSupplements! I was excited to find them on Amazon and quickly placed my order. No surprise at the high quality powder from this company it's 5 star all the way! It is available in many different sizes so you can try it first to see if it works for you before/if you actually commit to adding it to your daily regime. I am ex tactic that I ordered and have since noticed dramatic changes in my hair, nails AND skin!! I no longer have all those hairs in my drain or my brush, my nails are showing some improvement, and the dry patches on my skin {that I mostly contributed to Upstate NY winters along with age} are almost completely gone! The powdered form I received from this supplier has a longer shelf life is of very high quality and freshness, and is packaged in a nice, resealable mylar pouch for easy storage. I really appreciate the fact that they include dosage directions on the label, it is extremely valuable information and makes using it an easy task. I've definitely found my go-to for bulk supplements, and have no fears or questions about the product or the quality there of. I will be a loyal and greatful customer for life! Try this product and specifically this supplier, if you have any of these issues, you'll be so happy you did!

I wanted to wait a bit after I started taking this suppliment-it's only been 3 weeks & I don't think i'll notice the results I want for a couple months. Mainly, my problem is weak, splitting, chipping, & breaking fingernails. All my life I had the strongest and thickest nails, but the last 3 yrs I can barely grow them past my fingertips, especially on the middle fingers which chip and peel at about 3/4th from the fingertip, despite my trying to keep them short and always covered with strengthened and polishes. I'm pretty healthy & eat right, take lots of vitamins, but I now take prescriptions for high blood pressure, depression, and pain from bone degeneration- one of these has to be at fault. I've been taking some other powders from Bulk Suppliments, in hopes of cutting back on scripts. This company's products so far are a GREAT deal for the money, easy to take in a juice, and you don't get the sick feeling of taking multiple gelatin capsules. This biotin's suggested dose is actually 1/64th of a teaspoon! It's a completely flavorless & finely ground- you can just take a tiny bit on your fingertip from a 1/8 tsp measure spoon, and you're done! I saw a lot of great reviews so I'm looking forward to faster hair growth too- as a stylist, I do a lot of various colors and cuts, but like longer hair. I'm confidant this is a great product, so I will update later! I bought the $20 bag, so I will be taking this faithfully for the next few years. The bag is really thick, resealable & insulated, btw.

I actually purchased this product mainly for hair growth. BUT, it offers much more than THAT! You Amazon customers are educating me on so many products. Thank you. I've been taking the biotin for less than a week. I'm hoping that because it has no fillers or additives that it will work for me. It dissolves very well in water and basically tasteless. I had no idea that biotin was/is essential to your body's well-being, not JUST a hair thing. I haven't noticed any breakouts of acne, which is excellent. I will update this review in a couple of months just to be sure of it's properties. One more thing, in taking biotin, make sure to drink your 8 glasses of water, if not more. As it is, your body will only use what it needs anyway, when it comes to this product. I'm excited and anticipating changes. Update! If you run your fingernail in the female side of the seal and open it, your bag should then close. Voila! It works perfectly! The bags aren't damaged, the seal isn't broken so as to close it. REALLY! Try it. All of my bags seal now! Update! Now that it has been a few days, I can honestly say, as hypothyroidism, menopause and life caused my hair to thin, my head is itching like crazy! Sign of new growth! Yaaaaaayyyyyyy!!!

I tried biotin supplements before and I suffered a severe acne as a side effect but I tried this brand for the last 2 months and I noticed an improvement, my hair stopped losing, I can say that when I brush my hair I almost not lose hair, I don't have acne or any side effect, and my nails are growing little faster than before. If you see my picture, you can still see spaces and gaps in my hair but I see my new hair growing and even when I just dried my hair it didn't lose.

I'm getting older and realizing I need to be taking better care of myself. My hair seems to be thinning and I'm not yet ready to begin my career as a Telly Savalas impersonator.. I've read that supplementing with biotin could slow the thinning and strengthen what remains and bulk powder seemed to give me the most bang for my buck. A very small dose is all that's needed and it's undetectable in any liquid. You can even take it without water. It doesn't really taste like anything at all. After a couple of weeks of semi-regular use, it seems to be working. I'm noticing much less fallout and even my nails are growing faster and healthier. I'm very happy so far and just purchased a capsule filling machine so I can hopefully get on a more regular schedule of taking this every morning.(I'm not a morning person and I'm typically short on time before I must leave for work, lol) If you're looking to save some hair or improve the health of your hair and nails, give it a try. The dose is tiny, so the bag will last forever.

Contains the filler diacalcium phosphate. It's not the worst filler, but it is not what I wanted. This used to be just Biotin and the serving size was about 1/64 teaspoon. Now with the filler you need 1/2 teaspoon. I used to put this in a capsule with hyaluronic acid and vit C. That is not possible now. I will not order this again. It is another supplement ruined by Bulk Supplements. They will give the excuse of their supplier just changes things. Yeah adding filler so that you can make more money. Y'all have ripped me off with these added fillers too many times now. You seem to have pulled a bait and switch again. No refunds and no exchanges of course. This was from December, I ordered so I wouldn't run out and just now looked at the package. I used to order every supplement we use from BS and we have a huge selection, now I only order from BS (fitting innit) if there is no one else selling the powder I want. I have thrown out and entire unopened bag of feverfew and four kinds of mushrooms because of dextrin being added. Those still said "none" for other ingredients when I placed my orders. I have contacted you a few times. I sent the photos of the listing and the package. The listing's were updated, I was not refunded.

I bought this product to grow my hair and nails out for my wedding. My manicure has grown out in a week and my skin is SUPER soft! I haven't seen a change in my hair yet but I'm hoping I will! The product didn't dissolve well in my juice or tea so I just put it on my tongue and drink some juice or water. It goes down easily with no taste. I will definitely buy again when I run out (which will be a while since the dose is so small).

Been buying from Bulk Supps for years..their products have always been satisfying for me.. I bought the biotin some years ago and loved the results it has for my hair..I'm now 30 years old and can really use the boost to my hair health..so I can right back to bulk Supplements to re-up.. I usually spend several hundred on them at a time buying all their products..that end up lasting me MONTHS..some of the products have lasted me throughout a year or more of regular use..before having to get more..I've spent thousands on other products throughout the years for my personal training..now most of my supplementation comes from them.
