Great Cheese for Saganaki
The cheese was perfect for saganaki. We used a portion then froze the rest for later. Last night we took it out of the freezer, and it made perfect saganaki. Of course, always have Metaxa for the flavor and flame. The cheese was ordered for South Florida in February. I see some complaints about being warm upon arrival, so I don't know what to expect if I ordered it in August.

Kefalograviera - Krinos OOPA!
Shipping quality was top notch, boxed styro with chill packs and well labeled as perishable/fragile. It is a pricey purchase but if you are craving Saganaki Cheese and can't find it locally then this is a great option. Realize summer heat and location could have negative results - this cheese shipped from Atlanta and I live in north FL so standard shipping worked for me (3 days of transit). The ice packs were just cold at arrival.

The weight is twice less than promised. So it’s double priced
Taste is really good but for this price they promised to deliver approximately 2lb. And I received less than 0.96 lb. So they definitely lost the other half. Of course I disappointed!

Amazing cheese for Saganaki!!
Bought this online in hopes of making my own saganaki, and wow was I blown away... Simple water bath into flour dredge, little oil in the pan (get it hot). Flip once. BOOM DONE! Add brandi/flammable liquor and OPA!! I made 6 saganaki I believe with this $24 (at the time) block of cheese. Amazing deal, sad to see it went up $10 or so or I'd be buying it again!

delivered much sooner than expected, products was so delicious
product was better than expected, the cheese is so good I will order more latter, I cut some in pieces and fried with a little of butter and after fried used 1/2 oz of brandy ignited it and quenched with lemon juice and tasted perfect

Good quality cheese
I've ordered this several times and its been great. I think it got too hot in the delivery process so it doesn't taste right. When it arrived the ice bags had melted and the cheese was warm and soft. I think it should probably be ordered in cold weather.
