I found this while looking for an alternative to mint toothpaste. Mint burns my mouth, you guys. It burns so bad that even the thought of brushing hurts. And the redness from mint oil in most products lasts all day. Basically, I wanted clean teeth without looking like I had a gnarly red rash around my mouth. This stuff delivers, big time. The foam factor is huge: a pea sized amount allows me to pretend I am rabid. Its thicker and more paste-like than most products on the market in the US. It actually clings to my teeth while I'm brushing. The taste is akin to licorice; which, while not my favorite is still milder and more preferable than the "punch you in the face!" mintiness that most pastes have. I smoke, love coffee, am a sucker for red wine and have poor teeth from genetics: this brightens although doesn't necessarily whiten, which is exactly what I was looking for. When proper mechanical force is extorted, it basically restores my teeth to "factory default settings." My teeth feel stronger, and have gotten the best review at my 6 month dental checkup that they've ever gotten: whether it's the paste or the fact that I am more consistently able to brush without getting chemical burns is anyone's guess. This does not include flouride, so you won't see an ADA seal on it, but I'm sold. The ingredient list contains several plaque fighting ingredients -- a quick search of the ingredients run through medical journals can help you decide on the risk versus benefit of the science when switching to this. I do use a (mint free, though made for kids!) fluoride mouthwash rinse after just to make sure I'm covered on all fronts and to avoid the wrath of my dentist.

SWITCH TO THIS ASAP!!!! This toothpaste is amazing, the best I've come across. I've been using it for two months. It has a slight licorice taste to it but it is mild and pleasant. It is super foamy when brushing and gentle which is nice. Reasonably priced and you can buy combo packs. My boyfriend thought I was insane when I switched us to this from name brand toothpastes but we're so glad we did. Immediately using it my teeth felt cleaner, my whole mouth felt cleaner, and the clean feeling lasted longer than any TP I've used. After using for a week I've even noticed my teeth are whiter, my breathe is better, and it doesn't dry my mouth out. I thought I would miss the minty flavor and tingle of normal toothpaste since that's what made my mouth feel like it was clean but this stuff is so awesome I don't miss it at all. Before I bought this I read a clinical study about it and what toothpastes have anti fungal properties because I have a hard time with oral thrush due to over use of antibiotics and a stomach condition. The study had nothing but positive results for Dabur. I use it in combination with an all natural cinnamon/clove/tea tree oil mouthwash and my thrush has diminished significantly. Not even anti fungal prescriptions like Nystatin or Clotramazole have been able to treat my thrush the way this toothpaste has and the mouthwash boosts the effects. My tongue is pink, my gums bleed way less, the dry mouth I've experienced which made my thrush worse is gone, and it's even improved the sensitivity of my teeth. This is the only toothpaste that I will ever use from now on.

This product gives the whitening look without the pain I would have with whitening products from dentists. I seen a difference from the first use of this product. Tastes a bit funny, but definitely worth it.

This toothpaste is nice for those who wish to be more hollistic. It provides a nice friction to leave your teeth smooth and clean feeling. The taste is very nice too. I use it in the morning or at times when I dont want mint flavor to screw my taste buds. Overall a nice product although it doesnt provide whitening agents like other commercial toothpastes.
