Results put my mind at ease when purchasing a house. Can’t use to meet mortgage requirements, but it tests for so much more stuff. I was concerned about VOC and arsenic, which aren’t covered in most home tests. Very easy to use. Only downside is it took longer than I hoped to get results

The process worked as expected. We went online, filled out the forms, then took the water samples and shipped them out. After a week or so we got our results. They matched what our water guy said about our water.Overall, very happy with the results and the process.

They received my kit 2/6/2022. I received notification it was being processed 2/10/2022. I should have received my results 3/3/2022 or 3/4/2022 based on their promised 16 day turn around time for well water test. I emailed support 3/8/2022. As of 3/22/2022 still haven't received a reply from their support email address or my well water test results.
