Sprayer nozzle defective, merchant replaced faulty can.
Product does decent job of degreasing leather, but the yellow nozzle popped out of the spray button making most of the product unusable. Thank you for agreeing to replace the defective purchase. Good to see you stand behind your product.

Doesn't even remove minor stains
Save your money and put it towards replacing whatever item needs it. Doesn't even remove minor stains, even after using as directed - use right away, multiple times, etc.

Works, just be patient, may lighten/discolor leather
I left a pack of gum to melt in my bag with vachetta/untreated leather on the bottom. I tried cornstarch over the course of a week, it barely lightened. I knew I needed something a little bit more hard-core because it was the oil from chewing gum that was in there for over a week. I bought this product and used tape to protect the non-affected areas and that was a mistake because when I applied the product, it pooled underneath the tape and caused those areas to lighten more than the others. I reapplied this about 5 to 7 times outside on my balcony because apparently the fumes are toxic and I also wore a mask and gloves. It did a great job in sucking up the oil deep from the leather and bringing it to the surface. I then used light sandpaper to buff out the dark marks which revealed lighter leather underneath, and then I afterwards applied BICK leather cleaner and conditioner. The mark is still there, but it is way better than before. Iโm happy with the results untreated. Vachetta Leather will always have some sort of marks on it and it will never be perfect. This product works, just be patient, youโll probably need several uses of it.

Patience! Patience! Patience! It definitely worth the money.
Excellent product! I am glad they specified on a bottle:' Your patience is necessary'. I had absolutely black collar on my light brown leather jacket after 5 years of heavy use. After the first application I thought the jacket is ruined - lighter and darker spots on the collar. After the second - much better. It took 4 applications to clean it completely. It is not cheap, but it definitely worth the money. I would post BEFORE and AFTER pictures, but when i started, i was skeptical and didn't make the BEFORE pic. .

Works not as well as hoped- and messy to use
Works but not as well as I had hoped. Used the 3 cans on one sofa. And sofa is still not as clean as I hoped. It should be used in a open area. This sprays a white powder, so it gets everywhere in a room.

Patience is Key
I wish I had taken before and after pictures, but I didn't expect this to work. Coconut oil spilled in on my bathroom floor and sat on one of my leather boots for a good week or so before I noticed. I thought they were ruined - tried baking soda and other online tricks. I bought this as a last resort. It took several sprays and wipes (probably ten), but the oil stain is gone and my boots are saved!

First photo is before using the product.aNo dif
It was absolutely waste of money. I used 2 cans and cleaned it twice. Did not work at all. Donโt waste your money.

This totally works! Also removes oil stains on concrete. Exceeds expectations.
My experience with this product has been great. I had an oil stain on a leather chair that was about 2 weeks old, and the "cornstarch" approach did nothing. This stuff absolutely worked. After one overnight application, the stain was ~90% gone. A second application removed it completely. I found a second use for this product: removing oil stains on concrete. My car had been spotting oil for about 6 months on my driveway. I tried (and failed) to remove it with soap and a powerwasher. I figured this product might work, and it did. I gave the spot a generous spray, let it sit for a few hours, and cleaned it off with a powerwasher. The oil stain was almost completely removed. Overall, I was initially pretty skeptical about this product, but it is really effective at absorbing oil stains from a variety of porous surfaces. Highly recommended.
