Muy buenas, varias funciones, hago ejercicios y me han ayudado. A quemar grasa como también para el dolor de las articulaciones. Solo eh tomado medio pote. Las tomo 3 veces al día antes de las comidas. Otra observación tarda un poco ya que no tienen tanto ingredientes quimicos.
