Worked well at very minimum use a clean cloth and damp towel off the area with clean water if you’re not gonna wash it. Apply liberally to areas that are bleached from water damage. Continue with all other areas using a microfiber towel a sponge or Terry cloth washcloth use more on damaged areas. Let’s sit for 10 minutes. Come back with a dry towel and wipe it clean and dry very lightly do all of these things. Do not grind or use heavy pressure on any of it just lightly circular motions and then let it sit for 10 minutes.. and lightly dry it all off treat it like it’s paint and you don’t want to scratch it. I had great success with it. You can repeat over the areas that don’t come out perfect but I found letting it sit for 10 minutes and liberally putting it on those areas worked fine. Try not to get it on the paint if you do take a damp cloth and wipe that off good product we’ll see how long it lasts. That’s the thing but for now I’ll give it a five.

Great product that truly restores your car’s look! This is my second time purchasing this product, and for good reason. It keeps the black trims on my car looking like they just rolled out of the factory, deep, rich, and clean. The finish lasts much longer than other products I’ve tried, even after several washes. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is the container design, it can be a bit tricky to dispense without making a mess, as it occasionally splashes out more than expected. Aside from that, it’s a fantastic product that delivers excellent results and is well worth the purchase.

Super impressed with this product! I've only done my fenders so far because I wanted to see how it worked and it works. Super easy and smells surprisingly nice. Great quality for such a cheap price. My fenders look brand new and the black sparkles.

I purchased a used Dewalt Black Chrome 184-piece tool set off eBay at all really great price. The tools are in great condition - the case, however, was really dirty as use can see in the attached photos. I did a bit of research and landed on the Meguiar's plastic restorer. I was truly impressed. It restored the case nicely, granted not perfect, but far nicer than the condition it arrived in. Take a look at the photos for yourself. I am very pleased with the results. The process was super simple. I thoroughly washed the outside of the case with soap and water. It cleaned up well, but was still very dull and cloudy white. I allowed it to dry fully and then applied the Meguiar's restorer. It worked great! Also, the description of the product is/was accurate relative to it leaving no sticky residue or strong smell. Slight scent, but pleasant and easily bearable. And last, due to my slight OCD, I'm going to repaint the gold Dewalt logo on the front of the case, too. That should complete the process. Definitely five out of five stars!

Durability: Works for the moment, once used does turn the plastic black short term. The "sun rot" does come back and the black fades. Easy to apply, and looks great for a few days. Short term fix.

*** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED *** Excellent product and good price. Also works well on interior black vinyl on doors and removes foot scuff from the black door sills on the entry of foot well. Looks good on steering wheel trim like the horn etc, do not use on the actual steering wheel or leather. Exterior black mirror trim restores very well. Make sure to buff off excess.

You can always trust a Meguiars’s product, top quality. This product might cost a bit more than other brands or generics, but I have found others to be quite watery compared to this and not as good. Applies well and works on most rubber/ plastic surfaces. Note, for greyed out rubber trims, don’t despair if it doesn’t work on the first coat. Rubber is a bit different to plastic and greyed out rubber needs to cure and oxidise to return to the original black. So 3,4 or maybe more coats and some elbow grease might be needed, but it does work.

Eccezionale, e dire poco. Ho usato il prodotto sul cruscotto della mia auto. E che dire meraviglioso, la plastica scolorita dal sole,e quasi grigia, con una sola passata è diventata nero con effetto lucido ma non untuoso.Così ho deciso di passarla su tutte le plastiche nere dell'auto.
