Such a great book for growing kids. My son is almost 8 and loves this. So much great information with great visuals. It offers simple facts and stats that is easy for you get kids to read and understand.

This is a very nice paperback encyclopedia, it has large illustrations and it's easy to read. It's easy to understand and fine subjects. My daughter is 9 and she really enjoys it.

My child currently has My Encyclopedia of Very Important Things which he loves but now has limited information for his age (7). I wanted to get him something that would have more information without feeling overwhelming and I’m very happy with this purchase. I love how organized the book is. There are sections that are further divided into individual topics. The information is well written for a young audience.Edit: My ONLY complaint is that some of the italicized lettering is tiny in this book! Please, these are children they don't need to strain their eyes.

This is a beautiful book and my 5-year-old adores it. I love how many topics he can learn about and the quality is really good. We are really careful with it because I want to keep using it for a long time.

Enjoyed most of the book until getting to Africa. Very disappointed when realizing not a single person from Africa is pictured. Really? This is very strange. I wanted to show our son different cultures and was surely disappointed in the fact that they didn't picture a single person from Africa. Other than that the book is ok. Lol all the other continents depict the people except Africa. Very strange but good read for our toddler.

Love this book! My kids are constantly reading and looking through the pages to learn new information. Things we are doing school (we homeschool) they see what they can find. I highly recommend it!

This encyclopedia is impressive. We use it as a homeschool reference and everything I have wanted to look up in it, it has information on as well as stunning pictures and illustrations. Worth way more than what I paid for it. Best children's encyclopedia out there imo.
