Maille Mustard Dijon Original 6 Count for Marinades, Mustard Sauces and Tasty Recipes Gluten Free and Kosher Certified 13.4 oz

Once I discovered Maille Dijon Originale mustard, no other brand has been able to “cut the mustard” with my food. I have raved about this mustard to others so much so that I have received some friendly teasing when another brand is the only one being offered. There is just something about this Maille Dijon Originale blend that stands out no matter how it is served. I even like it by itself on a plain bagel. I also use it in other foods. One of my favorite uses is to blend a spoonful of it with soy sauce on rice noodles and veggies. No matter the food combination this mustard is so good. Give it a try if you like Dijon style mustard. Maille mustard is on my list of foods that I can not do without :)

This is the best mass produced Dijon mustard. I used it for 20 years in Europe and was so disappointed when I returned to the States to discover it cost over $5 for the small jars. And then I discovered this provider on Amazon that offered 6 13-ounce jars for about $36. For mustard aficionados, this is THE mustard for you. It's at home in your favorite vinaigrette, marinade or just slathered on a delicious slice of bread as part of a sandwich.

I haven't been much of a Dijon mustard fan until trying this item. I bought these as a pack on Amazon after trying a small bottle from a local store. The flavor is mellow, no overwhelming "bitter" taste that I often find in other Dijon mustard brands. Great to have a non GMO also. New fan!

So after finishing the last jar from the previous batch, I opened the box from the last delivery I received in December and took a big spoon of mustard to eat with my lunch. It didn’t taste like the jar I just finished so I looked at the expiration date which was ok until the end of 2020 but I noticed some black burnt substances around the jar and when i looked at the lid I saw underneath the same black stuff which touched the mustard inside. I have no ideas what it is and hope that there was nothing wrong in the mustard I ate but I don’t understand how it could have been packaged with that on 3 jars out of 6 . I have looked at the other 3 jars and it seems ok on the outside but I am going to need to return the entire order and have it replaced. Very disappointed because I have subscribed for scheduled delivery

YOur large bottles are at least a couple of bucks more in the store -- if you can find the best mustard in the world in your local store. STRONGly recommended.

I bought Maille Mustard Dijon, because I've been consuming it for many years and I know the quality of the product. The box of six jars I bought arrived today. I received the box totally broken and one broken jar. The jars had no protection between them, and of course mustard smeared all over the inside, including pieces of glasses. It had to be opened very carefully. I have purchased other products packaged in jars and have received them intact properly covered with bubble wrap, as it is supposed to. Something positive is that the merchandise arrived on time and I managed to save five of the six jars. If you like mustard as much as I do, be sure to try this. It feels a bit spicy, but it goes very well to make dressings, sandwiches, meat sauces, potato salad, among others. You can find the 7.5oz Maille Mustard Dijon at the grocery store for about the same price as this 13.4oz. This is a plus. Despite the inconvenience, I will consider continuing to buy this mustard on Amazon.

While we can get Dijon-style mustard for much less, I buy this brand (in this and the country variety, too). It's amazing how a spoon or two can change the flavor profile of everything! I make a lot of what I call "veg stew" with different veg and grains, and this mustard is an essential ingredient. Buy a jar and you'll agree.

This is the BEST mustard I have ever used! It packs a delightful heat that most Dijons lack, but it definitely has a bit of a kick to it. The texture is thicker than other mustards, and has a slightly grainy feel to it.. The only reason that I am giving this mustard four stars and not five is that it is manufactured in Canada and not in France. Because of this, the mustard has a slightly different taste from the original made in France.
