Great product, I had an old total gym, this is a big improvement with extra attachments, dvd,chart..worth it!

Great little machine, although the foot pad could be larger. Good quality and fairly easy to use.

I am a rank beginner at fitness. This machine ended up perfect for me. I might never reach the point that it's not enough for me.

Total Gym is easy to set up and use. I keep mine set up because I like the convenience of randomly getting on it whenever. I’d rather work out at home than go to the gym. I highly recommend it!!!! Try it, you’ll like it!!

It is pretty long so make sure you have the room for it. I am sore in places I did not expect. You can get a good workout. The ankle cuff will loosen up, so be aware. The squat stand is too short, so it is pretty much useless. I could buy a taller one if I wanted to pay $150. It really is already assembled when you get it. It takes longer to unpack it than it does to set up.
