Difficult to swallow but good for skin n hair
Tablet is extremely thick and not easy to swallow, I have to powder it to have.however, the tablets starts showing positive changes in skin n hair soon after 10 days consumption. I would definitely recommend

I used it for four months got more hair thinning and poor nails. I think these suppliments are decent if your digestive system is good otherwise waste of money. So first work on your digestive system before spending huge money on that. It is not going to do any miracle.

I bought this in Europe and started using it and notice that my hair started to grow. I lost a lot of hair 85% due to weight loss and its been over a year for my hair to start growing. My nephew being a pharmacist recommended it while I was on vacation in Europe and I saw a difference and it works but you have to give it at least 4weeks to notice hairs growing. I kept getting it shipped from home but then I noticed its here on Amazon and I jumped. Great price and great product I do recommend it ☺ Only one little problem is that pills are huge "horse pills" but, I do break them in half and take them that way. Enjoy

I've been using "Solgar, Skin Hair and Nails supplement", for several years now. I started taking it, because I felt that my hair was thinning. I've always had fine hair but, it lots of it. I am really pleased that my hair is much better now, no sign of my scalp showing through when I look in the mirror!! As with any supplements, there are no quick results, (and I do eat very healthily too). But I'll definitely keep buying this supplement. Many thanks!

I always used to buy supplements for my nails and hair in common places like CVS or Walgreens because my nails are very thin and soft and I had problems with my hear too. But those vitamins from there even though were expensive never worked out for me. Since when my friend recommended Solgar to me and I started to use them I could see the difference for both my nails and hair. Now I am ordering my second bottle. Trust me it’s worth it.
