The lock is not useful as the lock ring is not fitting or going inside the latch.. 90mm dia is too big for our latch...so we want to go for smaller dia.. i mean 70mm dia.. otherwise the lock is very good

We ordered Godrej 8228 Steel Duralock Set in amazon on nov-2019. Based on the reviews we decided to purchase this product for our safety. But yesterday my brother unknownly tried to open this lock with some other keys. Surprisingly it's opened. Moreover that key got struck in the lock itself and we can't remove from the lock. It's very disappointment for us. First of all how it's opened with irrespective key, and that key got struck so now we can't use that lock. most important thing is it's opened then what about the safety and reliability of the product.

Tolerances are a little bit loose on the lock body but the core is more than acceptable.
