Thankful for this product
I am here to order more. It's great. I have a highly anxious Aussie. He has a boatload of issues including OCD. There is not many tools (that work) for dogs like ours. With his level of anxiety this formula gives him some space to calm down. It stops him from biting his wrists, licking, pacing, panting. It makes him a little drowsy but not overly. He will still react. He will nap. He's just chilled out. I don't use it daily only when he gets overly anxious. I'd say it's effect for him, 50lbs at dosage (maybe a little more) lasts about 30-45 min. Totally worth it. The only thing I don't like is while it says "made in the USA" it doesn't disclose where the origin/source of the ingredients. When I first received the jar I was put off by the color. I also use another Drs natural powder formula and its green. It looks like herbs. This formula is beige. Very uniform looking. It *looks* synthetic and I almost threw the whole thing away because I was suspect. This is all perception I realize. (Green=natural) All that said I tried it, it works. It helps my boy. Also I need to note that I didn't get it from this seller. I thought I had originally but I am fully supportive of Amazon's reviews and rely on them.

No Ingredient Quantities, No Expiration Date, No Manufacturer Date, Too Risky for My Pets
Today, I received the cannister of Nerve and Anxiety Forumula that I ordered for my 8 lbs dog. The first thing that bothered me greatly was the tamperproof seal was more than half way open and some of the powder fell out when I opened the top. There is no expiration date anywhere on the container, unless it is hidden under the large main label. There is not any manufactuer date so this stuff could be 20+ years for all I know and most supplements like this do not remain stable for a long time. Because of these things, I have to question how attentive and carefully these things were made, packaged and labeled. Then there is the directions as to how much to give my pet. One place on the label, it says the Serving size is one Tablespoon. Beneath that, the list of herbs are noted. At no place is the percenge or amount of each herb noted. Only the percentages of Fat, Fiber, Moisture and Protein are listed but no total quantities are noted anywhere. Then, in another place it tells you the amounts to give by your pets weight, for example, give 1/2 tsp for 3 to 5 lbs. Nowhere does it tell you have much to give during a whole day and there is no mention of how much of any of these ingredients are in this product, in addition to no manufacturer and expiration date. This looks like something I would find in Mexico and never in the US. With labeling this sloppy, I have to be concerned that the making and packaging is no better or safer. There is no way I will give this to an animal!

Even for a picky Puggle
My pup, who is the pickiest eater on the planet, will eat this. i just mix it in a scrambled egg and it's down. I think it does keep him just a bit calmer, takes the edge off, so to speak. Thank you!

My cat won't go near it.
I can't comment on whether it works because I haven't been able to get my cat to ingest any. She seems to have a super nose and can detect anything out of the ordinary in her food. This product claimed to have no scent (I can't smell anything), but the cat senses something.
