I have bad knees, but they've been bad since I was born (minor defect causing pain). I've had a surgery long ago, but at my age (senior), my knees have deteriorated to the point I will need knee replacement surgery. However, these Cho Pat Knee Straps have given me a lot of relief. I had an old one but I had only one and I needed to use them on both knees. This double pack gave me the extra I needed and I have a spare. Since I'm always leaving one around the house, I always have two handy. These really do work without the encumbrance and loss of circulation of a whole knee brace. They are out of their league when doing really heavy work however.

I developed a love of running and a foot injury laid me up for a couple weeks. It caused an imbalance which threw off my running game. I developed runners knee and my chiropractor suggested the Chopat. It definitely helps. The pain when I run with this is minimal compared to without. I still need some therapy for my knee but makes me happy that I don’t have to give up running completely. The only hang up is the material can get slippery and it slides out of place. I don’t like having to tug on the strap while in the middle of a run but it’s worth the relief it provides.

The outer material is already shredded after using less than five times. I've purchased these in the past and this is the first time this happened, leading me to believe the specs changed to a lower quality set of materials.

These relieve me of my arthritic knee pain. I have bone Spurs under my knee and the band under the knee completely alleviates this pain and I can go hiking for 6+ miles with it on. And they last a long time. This is the third time I’ve ordered these after trying almost all the others. This one is the best.

ORDER ONE SIZE SMALLER! My knees measure right in the middle of the range for Medium. After wearing them for two weeks. They stretch out! They are adjustable, but now there’s a lot of the straps over hanging flopping in the wind. Horrible place to put a tag. On the inside of behind the knee. Terrible place for a tag!

The last couple years of been having some problems with my knees with some minor injuries. Was preparing for a first time backpacking trip up in the Warner mountain ranges and was very nervous how many years would respond. My husband after much research discover these Cho Pat knee braces. And I have to say the hike up the 10,000 foot mountain that I did my knees did not hurt one single bit! I also use tracking polls which super helped. I was amazed and so elated that my knees were not in pain the whole time. My only small complaint is that they kept slipping down and I kept having to tag on them to keep them in place. I wore them over a pair of khaki pants. I tried to tighten them but it got too tight that it was hurting my legs. But it wasn’t enough to keep me from hiking that mountain . I do have to met that I ended up taking them off on the downhill hike which I desperately needed because my knees were hurting. They kept slipping down the top strap over my kneecap and was very uncomfortable to bend my knee. Not sure if it was some sort of user error but it was enough of an annoyance that I just took them off. Even saying that I am so glad that I have these and they will be going on many many trips with me .

I've used these knee braces for nearly 2 decades, and was glad to find them packed as a pair, since I need both.It would be helpful to have a pair designed for each knee, accordingly, as I have to flip one brace so they don't catch on each other's tabs while sitting or walking.

I have bilateral osteoarthritis both knees. Bone on bone but little discomfort. Been told I need bil knee replacements. I bought the single straps at first to stablize my knees for skiing. AMAZING! Knee stayed aligned and was thrilled. Decided to upgrade to this double. If possible, even more support and comfort!
