CNZ 9 Watts G23 Base UV-C Germicidal Ultraviolet Light Bulb QTY 2. Available from Amazon. My package included a 10% discount coupon for bulbs. Not sure if they still include the coupon in all packages.

What are the dimensions of the mounting plate and how long are the bulbs?

mounting plate is 5" x 7" the bulbs are 7" long. Comes wired with a 2 prong plug for 120 vac

For the people who installed this. Are you dusting your house less frequent?

UV lamps have nothing to do with dust.

This says that it doesn't produce ozone, yet I get a strong smell that sure resembles ozone. So, if it doesn't produce ozone, what am I smelling?

If this unit is running at 253.7nm as it says then you're probably smelling burned dust particles. Ozone is produced by lights that run at 180 on what is called the UVV spectrum.
