Do you have any advice on series and parallel connections?

Before connecting batteries in series or in parallel for the first time, please ensure that each battery has been fully charged individually (only connect batteries of the same make and model).

Returns and Exchanges Policy

For returns and exchanges not relating to quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the postage costs.

Does the package include a dedicated lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) charger?

Charger not included. Please use only a 14.6V LiFePO4 smart charger; using a lead-acid charger will damage the battery, and this will not be covered by our after-sales service. Compatible LiFePO4 chargers are available from our shop.

Can I install and use it straight away upon delivery?

No, the battery’s charge level is ≤30% when it leaves the factory, and some charge will be lost during transport, so it is normal for the voltage to be low when you receive it. Please charge it fully before use.

Can the battery be charged and discharged in cold conditions?

Battery operates normally from -20℃ to 60℃. Charging below 0℃ is forbidden to avoid cell damage. For winter outdoor use, warm battery indoors to over 5℃ prior to charging.
