This knife is absolutely beautiful and extremely functional. I really enjoy the fact that it is a smaller blade to do some of the same things that larger chef knife does. It is very comfortable to hold and very sharp.

it's a great knife, takes a very keen edge and super easy to sharpen, and retains the edge wonderfully, which is why i'm curious as to what the steel actually is on this knife.

It is unbelievable how much value this knife delivers for about $100. My only complaint, and these are very minor, is how tacky the logo is laser etched onto the knife and that weird blue band on the handle.

The knife is sharp. However, the blade looks nothing like the photograph in the ad. I doubt it is real Damascus, it looks like the pattern is simply stamped.

Sharp enough and it looks ok. In my opinion it was a little expensive for what you got.
