Electrolyte Hydration

I always feel amazing after drinking this product and the taste is great!

It’s okay on the taste but it still didn’t help with feet cramping

I first tried this reffing at a women's lacrosse tournament, 9 games, full field. I had 8 games to ref the next day and dreaded what I was going to feel like, however, only mild soreness. I was told that this was Gatorade with out the sugar, basically the stuff your body needs without the things that it really doesn't! I did not feel as good after the second day, but I did not have the Motive Pure for the 2nd day of the tournament, different sponsor. The following weekend, while wearing a Fitbit I ran nearly 30 miles in 2 days of reffing, with the help of Motive Pure my body was able to recover and I felt great. I bought the 12 pack of the one ounce bottles, mixing each with 20 oz of water. I have since purchased the 32 oz bottles and fill the 1 oz bottles for easy mixing. I am a big fan of this product and will continue to use it for myself and also allow my children to use it. I work in the dental field and have long loathed the sugar in sports drinks. I understand that the athlete needs energy, but there are better ways than refined sugar and high fructose corn syrup to supply that to the body. Motive Pure is my choice and my recommendation for hydration and electrolyte replenishment.

Motive Pure is the best way to hydrate - period. I am a very active athlete (brazilian jiu jitsu, running, yoga, crossfit, skiing) and I sweat a lot which can lead to dehydration. I have tried many different hydration products including powders, tablets gels etc but nothing works as well for me as Motive Pure. First off, the big brand ready to drink products like Gatorade or Powerade etc are just junky soft drinks that make you feel horrible, probably because you are literally poisoning yourself. The natural energy drinks still have to much stuff that seems to get in the way of the original intention - to hydrate. Powders and gels don't work for me either and usually don't taste very good. And forget coconut water or pickle juice - when you're really thirsty they have a taste and texture that make you want to throw up - there's no way you can chug that stuff in the middle of a really hard work out. When I am super thirsty in the middle of training - I really crave Motive Pure because the salt (electrolytes) are what my body needs. It actually tastes better to me than plain water!! When I first discovered MP there were a few times that I forgot to bring it on a long run so I just drank water. I noticed that I could not get enough water to satisfy my thirst and drank so much that it actually made me feel sick. That's when I really understood how well MP worked for me. Furthermore, I have come to realize that I was probably chronically dehydrated which is why I would get tired and irritable for no reason. Now I have the habit to make sure to stay hydrated during the day by bringing Motive Pure with me all the time.
