Works Perfectly and a Beautiful and Interference Free Picture.
I have had a wireless extender receiver in my bedroom for several years so that I could watch my old Humax freesat box which was located in the living room. On updating my Humax box to the latest version and also replacing my bedroom television I found that my scart based wireless receiver did not work in the brave new world of HDMI. I therefore researched alternatives and I opted for the Pakite 590 which offers up to a 1080P quality signal. I was a little concerned when it arrived as I tried to get it set up and it literally did nothing and I though I had been sent a broken item. However, an earlier reviewer saved my bacon because I followed his advice and it immediately started working. I turned both the Pakite transmitter and receiver off at the mains as well as the Humax freesat box. I then turned on the Pakite receiver box in my bedroom and pressed reset until the middle light started flashing. I then went downstairs and turned on the Humax box and the Pakite transmitter at the mains. I then pressed the reset button on the transmitter until that middle light flashed and hey presto it all started working. I must say the quality of the picture is outstanding on my new HD ready bedroom television and best of all there is no interference whatsoever, which is something I had become used to on my old wireless extender. This is a quality product and I am genuinely pleased that I purchased it.

Great picture and sound.
I bought this product to replace my old analog repeater. My old repeater served me for 10 years. It had an Ok quality sound and picture but would lose the signal when microwave was switched on, or phone close by. This product got to my house in six days (had to take 3 weeks) and it took me 15 minutes to attach wires and have it running. Fantastic picture and sound with no interference. I still think the product is a little pricey but I am very happy with the product. (I am transmitting a distance of 12meters with no obstacles.)

Poor video
The sender is from a Virgin Tivo box to my TV in the room above it. The STATIC picture quality is very good but any movement breaks up the picture. By any movement I mean even walking or shaking the head. If I fast forwarded the picture breaks up completely. It's difficult to explain but it's sort of like mouse trails on a PC or missing frames in a movie. I tried all sorts of different attitudes of the receiver and transmitter aerials as well as changing the channel number but no improvement. I emailed the 'support' desk for advice but got no reply. In the end I sent it back as the picture was unwatchable. Don't buy this, it's not fit for purpose.

No good for action scenes, stay away if you suffer epilepsy
So disappointed after high hopes I had planned to use this by connecting it to our TiVo system so that I could watch recordings from another room as well as live broadcasts and use the virgin app on my phone as a remote control. The unit also has an hdmi output so you can still watch tv from the main room, there is no loss of picture quality here as hdmi is a digital signal. So in theory this is the perfect solution Got a really strong 5G connection to the router but for me there are only floor boards to get through so not a good indication of range really. Installation was pretty easy once you’ve managed to authenticate and get connected Connected the receiver to my TV and boom! I have a good quality picture and sound. AND THEN! the action panned round to another area and the footage stuttered really badly, it was terrible! Then the end credits appeared which highlighted how bad it was. However, after reading another review I tried changing the Tivo settings to display in 720P and this has made all the difference, I just hope my housemates don't notice. Conclusion: Easy to set up and connects well but for action scenes there is far too much stutter. The unit is useless for anything higher than 720p in my opinion so bear that in mind. I am now questioning whether it's worth trying another unit as I'm pretty certain I'll have similar problems and don't want to waste anymore money. It's a shame there isn't some kind of high speed temporary storage isn't used in these units to allow buffering when there is intense image processing required, yes there would be a delay in transmission but it would allow for a far more consistent picture flow and eliminate stutter.

Fault found
One of the HDMI cables wasn’t working, using it on the tx side so made it look like nothing worked. Simple fault finding found cable fault and all work well. Just for others to check, on the tx side faulty cable allowed no transmission of signal. When swapped to the RX side it caused heavy shuttering. Swapped cable out now all good.

That's a pretty good shopping
Got it and took it out of the box and connected it up and it works really well. Easy to set up, quality video output. The device is being used in an office environment to transfer HD video from a small meeting room to a large room outside. Because our meeting rooms are small, sometimes we have to stand together when we hold a company-wide meeting. This is very bad. This product perfectly solves this problem. As shown in my video, the IR remote has almost no delay. The transmitted picture quality is practically perfect and I do not notice any delay in picture. There is no delay in audio between the main TV and the one that is receiving the transmission. I am very happy with my purchase and will recommend this to other.

OK if for the next room
Works ok if for the next room but not worth the money if want it upstairs in a back room and has some lag, was using mine for CCTV monitor and by the time picture comes in a good few seconds behind.

Good picture. No interference.
I am only transmitting 7-8meters in a clear space to get to my projector on the ceiling. The ability to change chanels is very important. I previous transmitter/receiver (now returned) interfered with the WIFI but with this one I changed the chanel and all works fine. I had a couple of times when I was getting a green image, but a shut down, wait and restart cleared it. All in all I think it is a good machine and my picture and sound quality are both good. No bad delay watching mivies but being 60+ I'm not into games so can't comment.
