I take a lot of medicine for health conditions and it tends to constipate me. When in the hospital they give you the stool softeners and tell you the buy over the counter ones. They never work bisacodyl Is the best. I do invite you to take one at a time to see how many you need because if you do take too many of you will be running to the bathroom quite a few times. I also advise you to try this product at night because I don’t work in the morning if it does not does when you want to add an additional pill each night until you go. Then you will know your limit on how many you need to take Each night
