Easy to use and still a good workout piece.
Easy to use but still gives you a decent workout. I like the fact that it’s small and I could keep it right here on the floor in my living room next to my chair where I watch TV at night. Easy to grab this and get a few reps in here and there.

I feel the burn
Works my hips and shoulders well. It took me a while to figure out how to use it, but after I got it going, it was a quick exercise that allowed me to activate muscles that are sometimes dormant

Concept in question
This product is a great concept, with the automated counter and timer. The pads are good because they’re wide enough to stay in place and the Velcro straps are good for extra stability. However, when I got ready to change the strength resistance springs to increase the strength, everything fell out! Yikes!! So I referenced the manual, and learned how to install the resistance springs. However, what I don’t like is that you can’t replace the battery when it dies and I had to learn what 100N meant. Not sure if I want to return it yet, because it goes up to 135lbs.

Great piece of work out equipment. Even counts how many reps you have done. You can zero it out to start new, adjust tension with ease.

Counter malfunction
I bought this specifically for the counter. Got it last night. Used it this morning & counter doesn’t work properly. Very disappointed as that is what really drew me to buy this product. I do feel it working on my thighs & hips. Also pads could be a bit more cushiony so they would be more comfortable
