The arms have stakes but the skull doesn’t. Is there a stake that should come with the skull

I pinned my down with two large metal hooks on each side of the jaw. Nothing comes with the skull.

Depends what kind of cake you are doing? It's not very heavy but couldn't be used for something on a small scale.

No glow. Has color and texture like bone. There are glow-in-dark skeletons available, but they're not as realistic.
