Does this tea work better than Smooth Move Tea?

I don’t know how the smooth move tea works because I have never tried it. The 3 ballerina tea works, but causes cramps sometimes, and depending on the person if one bag at a time doesn’t work you use two at a time. But for the most part one bag is enough, but let it steep long enough.
