Are a size 13 boot a 47 or 48

When I brought them they were definitely true to size… if I were you I would go with a 48.

Are these boots uppers leather or man made/plastic? The first review says that they are "fake leather".

The top part is fake leather. I wouldn’t say it is plastic they just feel like it. The soles are a very tough plastic like material.

Are these slip resistent?
