The mopping function with oscillating pads leaves my tiles sparkling clean, and the AI navigation is smart enough to avoid obstacles and map my home perfectly. Voice commands via YIKO work seamlessly, and the fast-charging feature ensures it handles my large apartment without issues. Overall, it’s hands-down one of the best robot vacuums I’ve used — worth every penny for the time it saves!

I purchased the Ecovacs DEEBOT X11 Omni Cyclone because it was advertised as a premium robot vacuum with an anti-tangle brush, automatic dust collection, and excellent pet hair cleaning. Unfortunately, it has failed to meet those expectations.Despite following all the recommended maintenance procedures and cleaning the robot regularly, it consistently leaves large amounts of pet hair tangled around the main brush, wheels, and inside the robot's dustbin instead of transferring it to the docking station's dust collector. The app frequently reports "Main Brush is tangled", requiring constant manual intervention.The biggest disappointment has been the after-sales support. The technical team refused to inspect the product in person and concluded, based only on photos, that the issue was due to normal maintenance. In my opinion, this contradicts the product's advertised capabilities. A premium robot vacuum designed for pet owners should not require this level of manual cleaning.Another major drawback is the very high cost of replacement accessories. Consumables such as brushes, filters and other spare parts are significantly overpriced, making the long-term cost of ownership much higher than expected.Pros:Good navigation and mapping.Mopping performance is decent.Cons:Poor pet hair handling despite anti-tangle claims.Hair remains inside the robot instead of being auto-emptied.Frequent "Main Brush is tangled" alerts.Excessive manual maintenance.Overpriced replacement accessories and consumables.Unsatisfactory after-sales support with no proper physical inspection.Final Verdict: If you're buying this robot mainly for pet hair cleaning and a low-maintenance experience, I would not recommend it. In my experience, it does not perform as advertised, the maintenance required is excessive, replacement accessories are expensive, and customer support has been disappointing. For a premium-priced product, I expected much better performance and service.

Great product for cleaning, vacuum power is great and cleans the corners as well. Mopping is way better than any type of manual mopping. App control is great and does map of home quite accurately. It’s on bit expensive side but completely satisfied with the output I got.

I waited a long to buy the Ecovacs Deebot and I can say this X11 OmniCyclone is perfect. This one has a plastic dust container so no expenses on dirt bags.Cleaning wise this is really great. Always a hard time convincing my parents always that these things are useful but this one actually made sense.Pretty simple to setup and use. Cleans and Mops well, maintenance is easy. Basically when we do regular dusting and moping with hands the dust is scattered and after mopping the floor gets stuck with dirt. When you use a robot vacuum, it clears the dirt and then mops which ensures the floor is mopped clean.I just want to add that to use a Robot Vacuum you need to arrange your house a little so that it can move around freely and you also need to have a habit of being around it so that you don’t step over it or slam a door on it.I am very happy with this one.

The Ecovacs X11 Omni Cyclone excels at vacuuming and mopping. Its services, device parts, technical support, and customer support are all readily available. The mopping is excellent, even though the cleaning solution isn’t yet available in India. The only drawback is its height, which makes it hard to clean under furniture with less than a 4-inch gap.

Great product. It really cleans and wipe floors. Scheulding and AI helps in making it more efficient. It covers almost 3000 sq. ft. of carpet area. Settings are very easy to configure. Cleaning the systems is also guided which makes it very easy. Yes it will require some maintenance effort from your side. You need to be very judicious when and how much frequently you need to use the mop. Mapping is nearly 90% accurate. You need to come up with systems with follwing system- Auto refill and auto empty via pipes connected directly to inlet and outlet- Hard self-cleaning using Air and Water (scheduled)- Brush when tangled with hair it cuts throught the rubbe, making life shorter.- AI should be more intelligent and secure- Private hosting and creating swarm
