Can I use it to get gas from any car gas tank or it fits only for specific models, I believe all cars gas tanks are the same diameter from the top

No it will not work for that purpose at all. Its best use is to transfer from gas can to gas can. Maybe a large farm gas tank but wont work on lawn mowers, cars, snow mobiles, etc. Intake hose is not flexable fairly ridged and only about 18 inches long. Diameter is to large for standard hole in most cars built today.

How do you make it work? No directions included...

If it's like other similar siphons I've used, there should be no need to keep squeezing until all the liquid is moved.1) close screw valve on top of squeeze bulb.2) give several squeezes until the liquid is flowing3) just let it go until you have transferred the desired amount4) open the twist valve to break the siphon - flow will stop5) use care removing the siphon device, giving time for the remaining liquid to drain out of both tubes

I mean, i understand the concept, but do you pump by sqeezing the bulb at the top?

It's like an accordion pump on the top you push up and down

Sure. But depending on how much water it is you might want to get a bigger hand pump
