La Roche Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel for oily sensitive skin 400ml

This cleanser is superb. I have very sensitive acne prone skin (combination type) and so finding products that cleanse well without causing irritation isn't easy, but someone recommended la roche posay to me and I'm not looking back. This cleanser has a nice consistency, is really easy to apply and has minimal fragrance. This has helped to keep me acne prone for weeks without any skin sensitivity issues. It doesn't leave my skin feeling super dry after use, so it seems kind to my skin barrier and I don't have to moisturise as much as I have with other cleansers. I only need to use a little of this each day and I still have quite a bit left, so despite the initial asking price, I think it is good value for money as you get both quantity and quality! Recommended.

I normally use CeraVe and initially hesitated over the price of this, but when I worked it out per ml, it was actually cheaper than my usual cleanser. What surprised me even more is just how long it lasts. Two of us have been using the same bottle twice a day on our faces, and occasionally on the body too. It has lasted us over four months so far, and there’s still enough left for what I’d guess is another couple of weeks. A little really does go a long way. For comparison, I was previously buying a bottle of my usual CeraVe roughly every three weeks, so this has worked out to be fantastic value. It also leaves my skin feeling amazing and I really like the smell. My daughter uses it too and we’ve noticed a real improvement in the appearance of her acne since she started using it. The upfront price nearly put me off, but I’m so glad I tried it. It’s lasted far longer than I expected, feels lovely to use and has definitely earned a permanent place in our bathroom.

I patch tested this product before using it on my face, it’s been 10 days since writing this, so far so good, actually it’s better than what I normally used, very gentle on my oily eczema prone skin, noticed the difference between how my skin was to how my skin currently feels, it made my face glide smoothly, cleared up all the impurities, I like the gel formula for oily skin, lathers nicely and spread evenly. Will definitely keep using this from now on.

I have always been a fan of La Roche-Posay products, their Cicaplast Baulme is one of my all time favourite products! I was looking for a foaming cleanser as I have oily skin, and my usual cleansing balms were not leaving me feeling fully clean, especially in this hot weather! You get a lot of product for the price, and only need a small pump of product, it foams up well and is easy to apply to wet skin. I have sensitive and oily skin, and this did make my skin sting at first which worried me a little however there was no redness or sensitivity after a while, and my skin seems to have gotten used to it now. However I would be mindful if you do have any skin concerns as it’s not the most gentle cleanser, and can leave your skin a little dry. It has helped calm my oily skin, and I make sure to follow up with a heavy moisturiser afterwards. Overall I am impressed with this product and will continue to use it.

I really like this face wash. It leaves my skin feeling clean, fresh, and soft without making it feel dry or tight. It has a nice texture and is gentle enough for everyday use. Great product for the price

I have been trying many different products for my acne problem. This product is the best one so far. It has no scent, so there is no allergy problems at all. I have very sensitive skin and this product really goes well my skin. The bottle is huge, so you can use it long time. Definitely value for money. After using one week it helped reducing my acne a lot. My skin is mix, so I need to moisturizer after using this product which is also suggested in the description. If only use this product your skin may become a bit dry. My skin treatment is firstly clean my face with this product, wash my face with warm water and wipe my skin with clean towel. After cleaning my face I use dermalex acne cream, then I wait around 15 minutes, lastly use la Roche posay toleriane ultra crème to moisturizer my skin. If acne still comes out I use the breakout choice patch to cover the area. It is invisible and very effective. I have also reduced using a face covering or mask. Your face covering needs to be changed very often, otherwise it increases your acne problem. I can say now I have no acne problem at all, after very annoying time period. I have shared all my favorite products in the picture. I hope this info helps someone who suffers acne problem like me.

Llevo varios años utilizando este limpiador facial y me ha funcionado excelente. Limpia muy bien la piel, elimina el exceso de grasa y deja una sensación de frescura sin resecar demasiado. Me gusta mucho su textura y lo práctico que es para el uso diario. Sin duda, es un producto que seguiré comprando y que recomiendo muchísimo.

One of the best cleansers I have ever used. I wanted to wait a few weeks of using this product to review it and I'm so impressed! I have the worst acne prone and sensitive skin, and I was worried at first that the strong floral scent of this product would break me out, but my skin has been amazing since using this.

I use most of the skincare products from La Roche-Posay. I never used the facewash from this brand. So I decided to give it a try. It has become my favorite facewash now. I started using it 4 months ago and I haven't looked back since then. It is really good for sensitive skin as it says on the bottle too. The bottle lasted me for about 3-4 months. So even though it is on the pricey side, you don't have to worry about purchasing it for another 3-4 months. I haven't had any issues with it since I started using it. The nozzle works really good too. It is so smooth to pump out the product. The bottle is clear blue so it is easy to know if you are running low and order another bottle in advance. My skin feels perfect after washing my face. It doesn't feel dry like it does with most of the facewashes. The consistency of this facewash is good too. It doesn't feel too thick but just the right consistency. I am in love with this brand now. I use Vitamin C serum, sunscreen and moisturizer from the same brand and now adding facewash has completed my skincare routine from the same brand.

J’ai adoré l’aspect du produit et l’odeur. Niveau efficacité pour l’instant c’est difficile de savoir ! Mais j’espère que ça vaut le coup vu le prix ! La bouteille est en plastique et très bien conditionné , et le distributeur fonctionne parfaitement. À suivre..
