What are Elysium Spa Epsom Salts used for?

Our Epsom Salts are designed to help soothe and relax tired, aching muscles. They can be added to a warm bath to provide a calming soak, supporting relaxation and overall wellbeing.

How do I use these epsom salts?

Simply dissolve 2 handfuls of Epsom salts into warm running bath water. Allow the salts to fully dissolve, then soak for at least 20 minutes. For foot baths, use approximately ½ cup in a basin of warm water.

Are the epsom salts natural?

Yes: the epsom salts are made with 100% natural mineral salts, containing no artificial colours and making it suitable for regular use. Perfect for those with sensitive skin!

Can the epsom salts help with muscle soreness or recovery?

Yes! Our epsom salts consist of 100% magnesium sulphate, traditionally used to help relax tired, tight or overworked muscles. A warm soak may provide comfort after exercise, long workdays, or general tension.

It does smell as strong as other brands

I bought this after the one I normally pick up from the shop ran out and I wasn't sure when I'd go there again. This one is not as strong smelling as I hoped. I won't choose it again.
