Most of the negative reviews are complainers that want something to taste good all the time or raised to eat the same thing every day. This drink does not taste bad. You can easily mix it with something, but I would keep the mix ratio 70/30 in the beverage's favor. It is a diuretic, it has virtually zero calories and no sugar, along with other nutrients. I will say that those that have normal or low blood pressure or who are already on a blood pressure medication need to watch how much of these you drink per day. Potassium does wonders for the body but can also make you sick or kill in high amounts. This drink has 20% of the daily value, which is mid-high levels. Contextually, I drink about 2 per day, and my blood pressure without medication is slightly above the norm but not dangerous. After 2, no issues even with medication. It will make you urinate which is good for those with water retention issues. The price is also great.

it's my favorite flavor. surprisingly good for a non-real-sugar option. only downside is that it's frequently out of stock / hard to get.

I wish it was in stock all the time. Really hard to get in Michigan it seems...sad face. Not quite sure why it has been out of stock for over a month. The fruit punch plus potassium is my favorite. Does not irritate my stomach like most citrus flavors.

Delicious! It helps me when I'm feeling overheated by the weather. You have to remember to shake it really well!:) you want all those vitamins from first sip, not just the bottom.
