Received case for Lumia 640XL when i ordered the case for Lumia 640 (review updated: see Edit 1 in the review)
Ordered this case for my Lumia 640. Instead received the case for Lumia 640XL. Contacted amazon and they accepted the return. Made a new order again for the same case. Hopefully this time i will get the correct one.In the mean time let me tell you my observations of the Lumia 640XL case which is the big brother of Lumia 640. The case came in a secure packing and is of very good quality. All the cutouts were at the exact locations and and case was crystal clear just like the description. If only i had received the correct case i would have been more happier.Will update the post and ratings once i receive the correct replacement.Edit 1: I received my replacement case today. I am disappointed to say that i received the wrong case again. Even though the customer care rep assured me that i would receive the correct case this time but again they sent me the case for Lumia 640XL instead of Lumia 640.Called the customer care again and informed them. They told me they would check with the ware house and asked me to wait before ordering a new case again.I am attaching a few pics so that you will have an idea of the case is. Let me tell you that even though this is a wrong case for my phone model, the quality of extremely good. Those looking to getting a crystal clear case for Lumia 640XL would definitely be satisfied with the product.

feels like case will come off anytime
doesnt fit the device well. its loose and phone moves up and down slightly inside . feels like case will come off anytime. not satisfied.
